The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the quilt and bed cover are white. The location is close to the train station, about 10 to 12 minutes' walk. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so you don’t have to worry about getting up early and having nothing to eat. The boss is a nice person and always answers all your questions. There is a woman at the front desk who is also very nice. I give it a five-star thumbs up!

When I came to Hohhot for the first time, I stayed in this hotel for two days in order to watch Jay Chou's concert. The experience is very good! First of all, it is very close to the subway and only a 3-minute walk to the subway entrance. Secondly, the hotel is located in a very prosperous area, with all kinds of food, drink and entertainment, and many young people! The bed is also comfortable to sleep on! come back next time!

We had a fantastic experience at Holiday Inn Hohhot. Manager Ms. Jula Hortig and her team received us warmly and made us feel welcome and cared for from the moment we checked in. Breakfast was great, rooms clean, spacious and well equipped, first class service and, most importantly, a genuinely friendly attitude towards guests. Ms Jula went beyond our expectations and helped us recover some items we had left behind, shipping them to our home in Beijing (thank you!). We will definitely return during our next visit. The hotel is well located, walking distance from the Dazhao temple and the Islamic quarters, convenient to shopping centers as well.

We stayed at the Inner Mongolia Hotel for one night. When we checked in, we found out that the deluxe room was actually a standard room. The room environment is good, very Inner Mongolian, but the room is very dark at night, and the ceiling light is not very bright. The hotel's supporting breakfast is very good, where you can eat many local specialties of Inner Mongolia. Although the hotel swimming pool is not big, the constant temperature is around 26 degrees. I misunderstood it before and thought it was a hot spring + constant temperature.

We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

Once again the Hilton lives up to its expectation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel opened in mid 2022 and it still felt like new. It is easily accessible and the staff, as always, were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are reasonably spacious and without a doubt clean and well decorated. I love having breakfast in the morning and what a spread it was! Everything was fresh and on point. There was more than enough space for everyone to get a seat. We rented a car and had underground parking at the hotel. Just remember to share your number plate with the front desk so that you don’t have to pay when exiting at the gate. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

The hotel has complete facilities and good sanitary conditions. The customer service staff has a great service attitude and responds promptly to requests. The breakfast is rich in variety and you can also taste authentic Mongolian milk tea, fried rice, etc. The lady at the front desk is very nice and provides comprehensive service. I will choose this place again next time I go on a business trip.
