Perfect location! And the highest point is the whole family, Phuong, mother and father, all of them are so kind, helpful and always smiling. They also have laundry service, which I recommend. We also booked a few trips with them, including Memory Show. I surely recommend them to stay close to everything, but away from the noise.

The hosts were very accommodating and friendly and gave great recommendations on what to do in Hoi An. We went to an amazing cooking class which was recommended by them! Room was also a good size and clean and as three young women we felt very safe staying here, would recommend!

The location is very good, the owner of the palace is very friendly, even lent me a hat because it was very sunny when I went out and I didn't prepare anything. This has all the services for bicycles, motorbikes, and laundry and ironing. I will definitely come back. again
