The owner of this hotel is so friendly and helpful. The location of this place is around 20 mintues walk to the old town giving you the opportunity to explore this attraction.

Would not recommend staying here. We stayed for one night and there was a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and avoided using the bathroom and didn’t shower. We left a review on *********** after our stay and the hotel then cancelled the booking and said that we didn’t stay there so that our review could be removed. The rooms are not like the photos and there was mould on the walls in the room. There are much nicer home stays in hoi an for the same price
