The property was exactly as displayed in the photos. The highlight was the espresso machine in the room. Room was clean and as expected. They're was no window in the room so it was dark but the lights and A/C worked great. We could not hear the ATVs or road traffic in the room. Staff was extremely polite and very helpful during our trip. There was a water dispenser available which was appreciated.

Since arrival all went wrong, we had to wait for room till 4:30pm, we got room without towels, floors/ washroom wet. And hotel charged us 2x, still have to deal with a bank to getting money from hotel back. Never noone to reach on reception, we also had first night 7-9pm a guy drilling/fixing stuff on the top of the bed.. room was left dirty! Room also had very strong smell of mold. We left after staying 2 nights instead 4. Very uncomfortable stay. Dissaponted!

The Hotel is in a great location, there is a nice coffee shop, bank and GoMart across the street. Great restaurants near by. Never needed Taxi. The room is as advertised, comfortable, and clean. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. They went above and beyond, after I left my passport in the room they sent someone to the bus terminal in Cancun with it. I would highly recommend this hotel

It's close to everything, but also tucked away so there is not much noise. The rooms are dark, perfect for resting after a long day at the beach. Good value, would definitely stay here again.

Perfect base for an extended vacation in Holbox. Nice, quiet, relaxing, clean and convenient. The staff was EXCELLENT!!! Looking forward to coming back soon!
