The location is perfect, the hotel is located in Mongkok and very close to various mtr stations. Staff members are friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

Good location near Mongkok shops, restaurants and mall.
Room is quite big compared to other hotels.
Reasonable price.
The only thing is that room may need a little new furnishings.

Check in went smooth but even the big rooms with extra payment are super small. Rooms are dated and this definitely doesn’t qualify for more than a 1-2 star property. Breakfast is the same everyday . Scrambled eggs were raw and nothing was done after evening complaining.
I went to collect my visa from the embassy and told the gentleman that my wife would pack and be there down in 30 mins. So agreed with them a check out of 13:00.
The receptionist started harassing my wife after 15 mins and try to force her to take another days reservation. I would understand a strict checkout with a busy hotel but the hotel was almost empty.
I have travelled 100+ countries and this was one of the worst 4 star property in experience I had. Assistant receptionist was an Indian girl who was very friendly and she confirmed bad behavior of the staff towards client.

Superb experience from check in to check out. Service staff were helpful and kind. Rooms were as seen in pictures and seeing we travelled as a family, we were given connecting rooms which was really helpful. Kudos to the attentive team! So do book their connecting rooms if you have young kids or elderlies. Location was amazing! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Stanford hotel for the amazing stay. Oh, do check out the dimsum restaurant at the basement level! great good and ambience with very good price! Thank you for the experience!
