The hotel was renovated five years ago, so it feels newer than other hotels. The location is also excellent. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Comfortable Stay ☺️ I stayed at this hotel for three days and two nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, which was great. The beds were soft and comfortable. I liked that there was a table, and few shelves to organize my things, big closets was also very useful. It was nice having a bathtub in the bathroom. The only small issue was that the lighting in the bathroom was a bit too dim for putting on makeup. The hotel's location was very convenient, with everything nearby. Overall, it was a good hotel for the price.

The location is super convenient, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and it's a comfortable walk to K11. The service was great; they helped store our luggage and called a taxi, even kindly loading our bags into the car. The room, while not huge, was clean and had enough space for luggage. The bathroom was also a good size and had a bathtub. Soundproofing isn't amazing, but it was very quiet at night, and we didn't hear anything from the neighbors for two nights. We forgot to bring a universal adapter, but the front desk lent us two charging cables that worked for both Android and Apple phones.

My flight was delayed, so I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 9 PM. This hotel was fantastic! They upgraded my room to a suite, which completely changed my perception of Hong Kong hotel rooms. The suite was incredibly spacious, with a super king-sized bed and a huge bathtub. I almost felt bad for being there alone; next time, it would easily accommodate my whole family, haha! The room even had a partial sea view, which was lovely!

It was very convenient to take a taxi from Kowloon Station. The front desk service was excellent and very enthusiastic! The room wasn't huge but it was very clean and tidy, and the view from the window was also fantastic 👍 There are lots of great food options downstairs nearby, and it's super easy to get to TST station too.

The location is fantastic, right in Tsim Sha Tsui! Downstairs, there are all sorts of snack shops, and every single one we tried was delicious! The room itself was huge and spacious, and spotlessly clean! It was a really nice stay, highly recommend it! Plus, it's very close to the Avenue of Stars!

Location nearby shopping area and lots of shops and restaurant. It’s convenient to get there by MTR or bus A21. The room and bathroom are clean. The hotel does not provide water bottle but an empty jug which you can collect water near lift area. Overall satisfied with the stay.
