Really good value, kept super neat. You'll need to call upon arrival for access but there's a phone on the wall at the door.

Really happy with my stay here together with my bros family, the location is super near the station TST and infront of A21 bus going back to airport. Really nice location for the price. Lots of places to eat and the owner was really nice. Thank you for the recommendations Derek! Room is spacious enough for the price! Highly recommended!

Booked past midight, the owner was accommodating and also sent the instructions well. The room is good 1-2 people with a small window. It was a peaceful stay and slept whole night until morning. The room has enough toiletries, towels, toothbrushes etc. I would likely recommend it for short term stay and also for resting place as it's near to the attractions nearby.

We arrived to check-in and initially could not find the building as it is a bit hidden for anyone unfamiliar with Hong Kong. When we arrived on the correct floor, we were greeted by a staff member who told us the room we booked was full and that we would be moved to another block. The new room was nothing like the pictures and was not clean. We expressed our concern to the property through a wechat contact we were given, and the staff member returned to move us back to the initial room, which wasn't booked out after all. Despite this room being a little better than the first one, it still wasn't very clean. We also no longer felt safe or comfortable staying in the property so found alternative accommodation and informed the property through wechat again. The property has been less than cooperative on providing any refund, even for unused nights, and trip.com have not done enough to resolve the situation either.

MTR station is just in front of the building, very convenient to travel. The location is near all popular restaurants and in the center of the shopping area. The room is clean and good service from the owner, we got a free upgrade room as well 😊 thank you so much 🙏

really good location that you can access to quite a lot of stores and restaurants plus Victoria harbour. Staff are really nice and helpful.

The location of the guest house is ideal. 2 steps away there is a bus stop (including A21 to the airport), a metro station. Also nearby are the harbor, shops, cafes. Very convenient to get to all the city's attractions. Also i’d like to add it’s not difficult to find the guest house, just follow the owner’s description and photos (just write him after booking). The owner is very hospitable and friendly. He will tell you everything and give some advice if necessary.
