The hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition. I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely. The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.

Check-in was not friendly at all. 4 staff standing at two little desks with no other customers around and yet no hello, welcome or how are you today. They were more concerned about letting me know theres a no smoking policy with hefty fines attached (I don't smoke), and to close the shower door and turn on the fan (as if a child), than welcoming me into the establishment. I gave service staff 3 stars only due to running into who I guess was the manager? in the elevator on day 2, he was very friendly and talkative. Eco-what? Its merely saving you money and inconveniencing guests, I mean lets be real for a minute. The hotel is clean and fairly nice. The window view is excellent (mountains in the distance). Unfortunately being right next to a highway bridge it is noisy, you will feel the bumps and hear the vehicles passing over road sections of the bridge (even in the high floor levels!), especially in the night and morning when there is little to no background noise to drown it out. The room and facility amenities are non existent (apart from bean bag chairs and a game console in the "lounge"). A bread sugar filled muffin thing and coffee provided in the morning, neither of which I eat/drink so cant comment on tastes. Had to make a second trip to the desk to pay a $100 HKD deposit for a power adapter (only HK plugs in the room) after I went to the room and discovered there weren't any already there. The TV has I think 10 public channels to choose from. The worlds oddest and smallest refrigerator I have ever seen only fits 3 small water bottles. It also took 2 days to chill one bottle of water. A horrible location. Its a back alley under a bridge hotel next to metal fabricator and recycling shops, a funeral home and a small exercise park that the homeless use. Restaurants are a few blocks away, but pricey and mostly junk (pro tip: theres a walk-up noodle / jiao zi place like 4 or 5 blocks away on the main *****, small mom and pop joint so dont know the name, that has cheap and good local fare! Like $20 HKD for a meal). Endless troubles getting to/from the hotel via taxi. Every time it took a 5 minute walk and 20-30 mins to find one that would actually stop. Tthe front desk advice was "walk down the street and take a left" LOL. Taxi drivers in HK are some of the worst in the world. Consistently bad service, many will just pass by ignoring you, once one does stop theyre consistently rude, inconsiderate and speak offensively (until they realize you speak the language). There for 4 days and travelled to/from the same destinations, and everyday the fare prices were wildly different ranging from $55-$100!! Same travel times everyday. They drive in circles, a few went to completely wrong destinations despite saying where to go, showing a written address and actual photos of the places with both English and Chinese names and web maps! (pro-tip: not that it helped me, to protect yourself and wallet, do all of the above + record the conversation and take a photo of the drivers dash ID as well as the license plate afterwards if necessary, trust me on this). Despite all this, one example is a taxi driver claimed he didn't understand or know where "Hung Hom MTR Station across from the Hong Kong Coliseum" is located, instead he took me to a random bus station 20 minutes away, then called me "qi xing" (it means crazy in Cantonese) for saying "this is the wrong place" (I said it in both Chinese and English) and not being more specific. When challenged on his behavior he immediately shut up and drove to the correct location insisting I not pay for the trip (my phone visibly recording the conversation perhaps?), which I offered to pay the full fare anyway. Also, travel from Central to Causeway bay you can expect hefty toll charges of $50+ added to the fares. That is, if you can even find a taxi that will go there (or go back), as most simply refuse the trip after you tell them where you're going. Good luck! ;)
