衞生很差，門也不能反鎖，空調外面響了一夜，沐浴露也是別人用到一半的，刷牙的杯子也沒有一個，洗澡水是冷的，放了很久還是冷的，這是我住過最差的酒店，在這個價位中

酒店所在位置非常好找，交通比較方便，離洪湖市政府比較近，可以免費停車，居住環境衞生安靜，前台工作人員服務熱情周到。值得推薦。

想着洪湖這個季節是旺季所以網上預訂好後下午就先去開房間，前台極熱情説給我一間大點的房，而且不靠馬路，回頭給酒店一個好評！開完房就走了，晚上回來才發現房間很吵附近應該是空調機房！找前台服務員已換人而且房間也沒得換！
後面是個工地酒店衹有三層所以蚊子多！整夜難眠，打了酒店負責人的電話除了解釋就是解釋，我要求昨天給我開房的人給我道歉！
我本來是當地人，知道做生意也不容易，直到現在快9點了，衹能退房，也沒人給個説法，

這是有史以來在攜程訂的最差的酒店，可以用**不通來形容，到前台就是各種理由要你退掉網上訂單，説網上還要抽20塊錢，房間差到你無法想象

設施相當老舊，那個吹風機我還是頭一回見，吹着聲音大得不得了，手柄都漏風，房間也沒有紙巾，沒有水，床睡着癢癢，年代太久了，還是需要適當更新一下了

衞生很差，感覺就衹打掃床，其他的位置都不打掃。房間的燈也不明亮，不知道為什麼是紅色的……開着怪怪的。
