The facilities are really too old. I have a computer in the room. There are too few sockets. The old computer can’t plug in the mobile phone. Fortunately, I can only unplug the TV without watching the TV. The wire insulation at the root of the hair dryer handle is all It was broken and was severely electrified, and it was useless to talk to the front desk. The second stay was still broken and drunk

The location of the hotel is better, close to the river ~ more comfortable ~ just an old hotel, many rooms, the carpet is dirty ~ each room has a bathtub, the nozzle is directly above, not suitable for elderly showers ~

服務：本來定的是精緻雙床，因為有些味道所以想升級訂豪華雙床，換房前丟了一個乾淨的塑料袋到垃圾桶裏，這時來核實房間情況的服務員大姐用命令語氣讓我把袋子從垃圾桶撿出來…撿出來後還不准我洗手，責怪我洗手會打濕洗漱台；服務態度真是霸氣，住那麼多酒店沒見過這樣的，讓客人自己撿垃圾還不準洗手；真是給洪雅旅遊行業丟臉，服務意識都沒有就跑到酒店上班；前台經理態度就非常好，明顯是見過世面的，到房間給我道歉緩和情緒；服務員大姐當到經理的麪一句話都沒有灰溜溜的從樓梯跑了；從糟糕的早餐過程也能感覺到，洪洲大酒店的很多員工是沒有服務意識的，不懂待客之道；
設施：豪華雙人間，淋浴房下水不暢，很擔心水漫到房間裏

靠着江邊，雖然因為下雨有霧，沒有看到江景，但房間很乾凈，服務也很耐心，早餐不錯，品種比較多，現煮的麪條，味道在水準之上。

酒店地理位置優越位於河邊，也感覺衹有這個優勢了，酒店服務那就是一個拽的不行，要增加2瓶礦泉水前台和客房服務都説要收費3元一瓶，雖然最後結賬的時候沒收但讓人感覺特別不舒服。房間設施一般，窗台貼皮紙已經翹了，熱水小，早餐真心不好吃，而且還少，跟一般商務酒店一樣，9點到了餐廳問有煎雞蛋嗎？煎雞蛋的師傅説沒有剛結束衹有白水蛋，付錢服務員在旁邊有説有笑地，估計是洪雅市區裏排前的酒店，還應該是政府定點的酒店吧，整個服務就是你愛住不住的感覺，以後再也不會去住了

酒店的價格和設施衞生服務是匹配的。房間的地毯不如不鋪全是陳年的污漬，就算是保潔做的再完美也是看不出成果的。衞生間乾濕不分離，浴缸和淋浴是一體的，是目前酒店中很罕見的設定。淋浴時一直擔心頭髮堵住下水該是什麼情景，衹有忍住儘量不用。酒店的名字叫洪州，建議改名，各個方面都實在是不匹配洪雅這個雖然小但是很有文化歷史背景的古稱。酒店最大的優勢就是地理位置緊青衣江，可欣賞無邊美麗江景。可惜也沒充分利用好。早餐的飲品都是速溶沖泡的，無鮮奶和現磨咖啡。看的出來管理層的定位就是很普通的快捷酒店帶社會餐飲的思路，蠻隨意隨性的，如果是很隨性隨意的客人住此類酒店就也蠻搭。

酒店位置很好，下樓後可以沿着青衣江的步行道往西或往東散步，過了洪州大橋，可以去濕到公園走走，有驚喜，可能可以遇到古井喲
