算歐胡島比較新的酒店了
感覺設施新才是王道
服務就是麗思水平
住了兩晚hyatt 頂層suite
感覺安靜和設施新才是最重要的

很適合家庭出行 洗衣機烘乾機很實用 公寓有小廚房 但是裝修比較普通 離海邊也有一小段距離 泳池比較小 但是同等價位的房間尺寸是十分驚喜了！附近餐廳跟商店很多，步行玩幾天完全沒問題。出海的話就酒店旁邊也有接送點。

離海灘稍微有點距離，大概走個十來分鐘，好處就是不像海邊酒店那片那麼亂。機場叫uber距離大概30-50刀。
房間設施誇一下，有洗衣烘衣設備，餐具類設備一應俱全。樓下還有一個叫island market coffee是個綜合超市，有雜貨簡餐咖啡，是個配套上的亮點。
服務人員熱情，畢竟價格水平放在這。停車必須通過valet，床和枕頭對我來説有點太軟了睡久了不舒服容易腰肩疼。。

酒店位置周邊配套齊全，位置優越購物方便，房間衞生目測不錯。
酒店洗手間面盆比較小，浴缸排水速度一般，如果住酒店低樓層，景觀一般，酒店周邊有未完成施工工地。
以我這次春節入住體驗來説，最不應該出現的問題如下：
1、我這次定這個酒店，就是參考了攜程上有寫這個公寓式酒店是有中文服務，是華人禮遇酒店我才定的這個酒店，但當我和女兒兩人到達酒店前台時，酒店前台完全沒有任何人主動問候我們以及主動辦理入住手續，在我們主動向前台一位日裔中年女性工作人員表明要辦理入住手續，這位日裔中年女性明顯傲慢無理緩慢的不經心的給我們辦理入住手續，辦完入住後，這個號稱夏威夷排名數一數二的酒店，竟然要我們母女自己拖着一個大行李箱跟着這位日裔中年女性一起，走過一條不算短的露天的上坡路，才去到電梯間坐電梯，我想如果遇到下雨天，是不是還得淋着雨拖着行李箱才能去乘電梯到房間？
2、淋浴房的水龍頭的花灑出來的水，小到令我感覺會洗不乾淨身子
值得表揚的是：我在第二天回到前台向一位看上去像是主管的男士反應我們房間花灑出水很小，這個男士立即派2位維修人員到我們房間查看處理，並承諾第二天幫我們買新花灑來更換，這位男士及時處理問題的方式令我滿意

優越的地理位置就是Waikiki海灘 但是整體來説夏威夷的酒店都蠻古老的除了頂奢 所以這個價格是偏高的 酒店房間裏有微波爐各種餐具還有洗衣機和烘乾機是很厲害的 但這個ritz沒有自己的海灘 衹有一個空中小泳池 也不是無邊的 日韓人在這個酒店真的是很友好
