Firstly after paying your hotel room before you are checked in, they'll require you pay an extra £50 caution which will only be refunded 7 days after your stay. Secondly they'll tell you your guest is not allowed in your room. Even after all the absurdity shower in bedroom wasn't functioning. It's by far the worst hotel when it comes to customer service. Staff are absolutely useless and couldn't render any form of help. I'm definitely not going back and advice anyone not to try to
