Omar was Great customer service, very helpful n friendly, he really took his time to good out his way to help me n my wife with stuff we needed n shows, I get about the hotel room n what to do, n make us feel very comfortable settling in our room, we really appreciate his service n jester.

Taylynn from valley welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable and at home with her kind gestures and good service.Sol 7’s food is a chefs kiss!!! I got a mushroom burger because i wanted to try something different and was presently surprised by how good my food was.

The Thompson never disappoints. Friendly staff. Cedric greeted me with a smile and the utmost quality service….each day. Ben, at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. Janae at the restaurant a delight. The women in the spa, fab!.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are extremely comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. and Charles, their driver, was so cordial and polite. Everything about my stay was perfect. Even the food was delightful. Would definitely go back if staying in Houston.

Loved the beautiful Thompson Houston. Warm arrival and lovely send off on departure. My room was upgraded and so functional. Slept like a baby each night. Loved the views of the city and loved all the carefully thought out pieces of art and design around the hotel. Looking forward to going back.

Take videos and photos of the room and the so-called minibar as soon as you check into the room at this hotel because when you check out, they will falsely accuse you of “taking” items and charge your card without your knowledge for a premium price. If possible, stay somewhere else where guests are treated with dignity and respect.

From the moment I pulled I immediately could feel the phenomenal customer service. Jacob and Omar immediately made me feel welcomed and right at home, and the view of the Houston skyline from my room is absolute amazing! I love it here!
