First off the room was dirty when I first went there and second it’s noise at night from everyone who upstairs. Looks really do deceive because it’s nothing like them pictures

The facility was kept clean and alao the rooms, but moatbof tje comforters they used did have holes in them, also some hand towels were ready to be thrown away as they were falling apart. The cleaning service came to knock on our door very early like 9 am to see if we wantes the room to be cleaned. We did but we also were lookinh to sleep in a bit. Over all good, would stay again for the price. I think its time they need to upgrade items in room.

I forgot my AD and I had an online reservation and when I arrived I only had my license and the person in charge of the establishment did not tell me that she could not help, terrible customer service, apart from that, she helped me reluctantly.

The room was clean enough for my two night stay.. my disappointment comes with the fact that online it stated cribs can be provided but that's not true per the manager onsite. Also the breakfast was literally a granola bar and coffee. Really unexpected and disappointing.

This hotel is NOT AT ALL what is advertised. The room was old. The tv was stuck on one channel only, the remote did not work and the volume was stuck on loud. I asked for a replacement remote and that one did not work either. The free breakfast consisted of a breakfast bar and crappy coffee, and juice.
The area was shady and not at all safe. First and last time to stay here.

It is a good place overall. Very helpful and responsible stuff (manager helped me with jumpstarter for my car) . But part of the stuff can’t speak English.

The towels smelled bad, the AC did not work so it was so hot, the staff would not give us new towels until we return the ones we had.
