The hotel was fantastic, but this was the first time we have experienced a completely automated check-in. It sure lacks a personal touch with no one to help advise where to go or what to avoid. The check in was quite complicated and everything required your phone to operate, even opening the doors. Arrived on the day the hotel restaurant and several other local restaurants were closed

An excellent and beautifully renovated hotel, close to Santander airport. Ideal if needing a quick route to or from the airport, and in close proximity to some good beaches. The area around the hotel is very quiet - a couple of local restaurants and a small supermarket nearby.
The rooms are stunning and breakfast is top quality - from fresh orange juice and fruit, to pastries, bread, cheeses and local Spanish ham. Yogurts and cereal are also available.

Beautiful property and rooms. Amazing restaurant attached. Only downside is that that there are no staff members on-site. Air-conditioning didn't work and there was no one available to correct the problem.

Es un restaurante ubicado en un palacio antiguo rehabilitado., Lugar con mucho encanto ,decoracion cuidada al detalle ,manteniendo la esencia del palacion con un toque moderno ,presenta terraza y un salón para eventos. Buena comida y personal amable . Muy recomendable.

Lugar encantador. Practicamente sin gente, imagino por el dia de la semana. Llegamos tarde y el acceso a través de la aplicación, perfecto. La.atencion y amabilidad del personal del comedor del desayuno excelente. Lástima no poder disfrutarlo más tiempo Muy recomendable.

Complejo restaurado de forma sencilla y elegante. Habitaciones muy cómodas y espacios comunes muy acogedores. El personal muy amable, tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante, donde también se come muy bien. La ubicación es muy buena. En definitiva, un lugar muy aconsejable al que volveremos muy pronto.

El lugar es verdaderamente hermoso, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas, y las camas son sumamente acogedoras. Sin embargo, mi experiencia se vio empañada por un episodio desagradable durante mi estadía. Al bajar al restaurante para almorzar, me encontré con la desagradable sorpresa de que no había mesas disponibles. La jefa del restaurante no mostró disposición para resolver la situación y, de manera poco cortés, me informó que no podía decirme cuánto tiempo tomaría antes de que se liberara alguna mesa. Además, me indicó que no ofrecían servicio al cuarto y sugirió que empacaran mi comida en un tupper si quería llevarla. La grosería con la que se dirigió a mí, insinuando que no tenía prioridad por ser huésped del hotel, dejó mucho que desear. Esta experiencia realmente afectó mi percepción de la atención al cliente en el hotel. Lamentablemente, debido a este incidente, no consideraría regresar.
