很不錯的飯店，有配合的停車場，也有附早餐，地點離城隍廟夜市很近，下次在去新竹還是會選擇承攜行旅！！！

酒店的服務員很好，無論登記入住、退房和回覆查詢，禮貌週到。酒店位置也不錯，距離火車站只需要10分鐘的路程，途經親水公園和美術館，晚上景色漂亮；附近是東門市場，晚上找吃的蠻方便。
如果房間的味道能處理一下，評價會更加好。
如果下次到新竹，可以考慮再入住。

地理位置很不錯的酒店，對面是市政府，旁邊是稅務大樓，安全感滿滿，走10分鐘可以到新竹火車站。
服務很熱情，不過台灣都是這麼熱情啦。
酒店是比較老派的裝修風格，可能當時就是這個風格的時代吧，和新竹整體蠻襯的。日子比較久，所以在細節上會有點老舊，比如牆紙有污點這些痕跡。
意外的是這裡的冷氣和香港一樣冷，我晚上關冷氣睡。
住房包早很划算，早餐種類多，只是我去得比較晚，東西都只是溫溫的，加上我自己不太在意吃食，所以沒有太大感覺。
值得注意的是這裡退房比較嚴格，我11:05接到退房電話，還好我11:10收完行李就下樓退房了。
我過來找新竹的朋友玩，只住了一個晚上，應該住多幾天也不錯。計程車司機說這裡是市區很不錯的旅店了，旺季是滿房的。以後來新竹都會住這裡！

第一次入住，感覺非常滿意。因沒開車，從新竹車站下車步行至此大約10分鐘內即可抵達，交通位置便利，離市區熱鬧景點等也在步行範圍內。一樓大廳設有數台自助式check in /out機台，緊鄰在旁得櫃檯飯店人員也會主動上前詢問協助，親切有禮。房間整體舒適，唯一希望有機會改善的衛浴的乾濕分離。另外，設在8樓的早餐多元/菜色多，含在房價內，CP值高。有機會想再回住。
