All staff from front-desk to housekeeping are genuinely nice and immensely helpful, especially Merry from front-desk helped us a lot during our stay and made us could enjoy our trip more comfortably.

這家酒店提供不了五星或者四星的服務特別失望的一次
1.衞生打掃不乾淨房屋硬件不好：床單有污漬圖一、枕頭有食物殘渣圖二。換房後洗臉盆是修補的不是這個檔次該出現的，衣櫥櫃子上方全是灰，還好放衣服前摸了摸不然就完蛋了，桌面上有毛髮，由於實在太晚了放棄三次換房。
2.服務能力較低：
換**宜處理：晚上11點入住後發現不乾淨，酒店找了保安大叔來對接換房的事情，使用淮安當地方言溝通，我是外地人聽不懂，溝通交流困難，這個不是保安的問題是酒店管理問題。
服務體驗差：
換房後沒有任何人聯繫過我致歉；
管理層態度傲慢：
由於二次換房後仍然房間不乾淨反饋至攜程後酒店表示會在週三早上8-9點找我處理，結果沒有人找我，到9點後我去退房的時候酒店前台讓我等一會不給我身份證説經理有事兒找我，中間由於要趕十點去開會催促後經理姍姍來遲，看着我半分鐘不説話還是我先破冰，問他知不知道餐廳員工管理散漫，攜程評分同類型酒店這裏算低（都怪我之前不相信這個因為還有好評在，我發現差評説得事兒我確實遇到了），然後就是很真誠的迴應哈哈。
酒店餐廳服務能力低：
餐廳前台：前台的刷卡工作人員會直接隔空隔着三四個桌子問顧客房號，有些顧客沒有資格會讓正在吃的人現在去前台登記原因是沒早餐。
後廚散漫：住了三晚吃了兩次早餐，每次去後廚的人都在聊天對聲音很大，隔着10米都能夠聽到他們在抱怨連續上了七八天沒休息過，之前有評論説他們走位散亂，更加深層次的是管理不到位。

1：地方不好找，是在時代廣場上面有個幾層是酒店的，停車場進去也不方便，就一條很小的路，酒店規模不大，攜程上顯示到店時間最早是10:00，下午打電話問我去麼，我説7點左右到，結果我晚上730去，給我一間房，到了樓上一看阿姨才開始打掃沒多久，打掃了20分鐘才勉勉強強才好，還有很多地方沒處理乾淨很臟，説是客人剛退房，懷疑酒店私自拿我房去做鐘點房了，找酒店説法就是人太多了來不及，就是不是他們的問題，都是客人的原因，但據我後來瞭解，是酒店同意客人住到這麼晚的，那你至少我説好的時間7點給我弄好吧？如果我白天來是不是要我等半天才能拿到房？
2：然後看電視，我放個cctv13，新聞頻道，看了幾分鐘，彈出來個要付會員才能繼續看電視的界面，第一次見看電視都不能看的酒店。
3：腳墊、浴巾、毛巾都放在水斗下面，都是水管直接接觸，不衞生不乾淨，還是濕的，不知道是沒換還是什麼，想打電話給酒店:4：結果電話機壞的:5：用手機給下午聯繫我的人打電話，把我電話拒接掛斷了，有本事直接把我趕出去好了，還得去找攜程客服幫我聯繫酒店送毛巾上來，送個毛巾20分鐘。
6：洗澡的蓮蓬頭是直接黏在牆壁上，沒有支架，導致蓮蓬頭是無法轉向的，怎麼轉都轉不了，衹能對着側面牆壁沖，要沖洗衹能一衹手一直拿着
7：換的歡迎水果也沒有
8：燈就幾個小燈，暗的要死，晚上想亮一點看看有沒有不乾淨的，桌子上也看不清，燈這東西可以不用但必須要配有吧？
總結就是服務設施衞生差，管理混亂，唯一的優點是地段還好，地處市中心

這是一家非常舒服的酒店，酒店的服務員的態度非常好，24小時在線，你有需求的話，他們都儘可能的滿足你的需求。酒店的早餐非常豐富，味道非常好吃，東西的品控非常好。酒店的各項設施也非常不錯，還有自助的洗衣機，這也是免費的。飲料和沖泡的茶葉咖啡質量都還算不錯。洗浴用品牙刷牙膏木梳各方面的質量都是很好的。我是到淮安來旅遊的，如果下次來，我還要住這家酒店，給我印象非常好！

差評：1.年29入住，兩天早飯基本一致，第三天基本上沒有吃的，吃早飯全靠搶。2.衞生間沒有排氣扇很悶，空氣不流通。3.淋浴房下水超級慢，腳都在臟水裡泡着。不知道好評都在哪裡來的，不會再來入住了

酒店不錯，38層以上是客房，可以鳥瞰整個城市，房間設施都比較新，早餐種類稍微少了點，打掃衞生可能是因為5.1滿房有些延遲，酒店周圍交通就餐都很方便，斜對面就有一家文樓，免去了去古鎮文樓排隊的煩惱。

酒店的環境及房間真的很舒服，房間也非常的大，前台接待和服務態度都很不錯，但客房服務還有待加強，淋浴間地下的頭髮都沒有清理.第一天住進來，浴室就有上一位客人的頭髮；我自己清理了：昨天我自己洗頭髮，結果下午回房間，發現浴室的頭髮還是在水槽口，所以，客房服務有待加強；另外，停車場的入口真的稍不留意就錯過，其他的都很好
