Poor hygiene, dirty carpet, tea leaves were still in the teapot from previous customers. Poor front desk service & poor communication & poor management. Limited variety for breakfast. Highly disappointed. P. S. The two gentlemen at the door when we left the hotel and the lady who collected our lost property in room307 were helpful tho.

The breakfast buffet was loaded with choices. I stayed there long enough to finally decide on my favorite breakfast, I thought. It wasn't too long before I changed things up again was never disappointed. Yes, the service and rooms were great too! Yes, this is my go to place when I'm in town again.

The lobby staff was friendly, and the (older) staff at the breakfast room on the second floor were enthusiastic and helpful! The children's playroom on the second floor didn't seem to be cleaned regularly. The trash I saw after checking in was still there the next morning...

This was a business trip, so I didn't have much time to use the facilities. The front desk staff were rather indifferent (though not to everyone), but the environment and location were excellent. If I have the opportunity to visit clients again, I will still choose the Astria Grand Hotel. Thank you to the housekeeping staff!
