Hotel located near the highway, near a McDonalds. I booked 3 triple rooms on trip.com but once I got there they assigned me 2 triple rooms and a double room!
The drain in one of the showers was clogged. We had to take it apart: it was full of hair! Disappointed!

The hotel is very clean and easy to get to, the only 2 shortcomings are the very poor breakfast of sausages, there is the typical stuff and there is a variety of fruit and milk but many things with sugar and the pillows are very bad

In general, going to an Ibis is an experience that does not disappoint. On this visit I have found good facilities and friendly service. It is a good space to rest in silence and a comfortable bed. I would go again whenever I visit Murcia. The only thing not very comfortable is the location, but it's ok.

J’ai réservé 2 chambres. L’une triple et l’autre quadruple. La quadruple est composé d’un lit double et de 3 lit simples. Elle n’est pas une quadruple mais une quintuple. Agréablement surprise! Et cerise sur le gâteau, elle possède 2 douches et donc 2 toilettes. Un plus non négligeable pour une famille avec des enfants qui se battent pour se doucher en premier 😂.
La jeune fille est à l’accueil est super gentille et essaie de communiquer en français.
Le seul hic est qu’il y avait sur le mur de la douche une crotte de nez et sur la cuvette d’un des toilettes, un poil.
Pas très hygiénique tout ça mais le seul était impeccable.
A noter que l’hôtel se trouve à proximité de la sortie d’autoroute. A proximité immédiate d’un Mac Donalds, d’un ALDI, à 500m d’un Lidl et aussi d’une station service.
Au sous sol, vous trouverez un parking privé de l’hôtel desservi par un ascenseur qui vous emmène jusqu’à l’étage de votre chambre. La place de parking coûte 5€ par jour.

Hotel muy bien equipado con buen desayuno a precios razonables. Lastima de una recepcionista rubia que tienen que no sabe estar de cara al público hablándote con mala cara cuando le pides ayuda. Los demás recepcionistas, encantadores.

My travel was planned for October 2022 but the booking date was for September. I email ibis a few times to change the date but there was no answer. Once they took the money, don't expect you will here from them. ibis advertised that they are flexible. I am very disappointed with ibis & *******.
