Highly recommended if you are seeking remote area, fresh air, super quiet, private hot spring at balcony is the best , although choices of food is quite limited so prepare for reservation with hotel catering in advance , overall is very good place .

Even if it was fully booked the day before we booked, check-in time was too much delayed. How come can you make all my colleagues(more than 10 people) wait at the lobby for 1 hour and 40 mins? If check-in time was written after 3 p.m, it must be around that time, not making your guests wait for that long time due to previous guests delayed check-out or whatever. That is an international manner.

今次住這間酒店，只有一個字，正。前台服務員有禮，熱誠，原本訂的沒有房內温泉的，酒店給我免費提升。房間乾淨，舒適。室內泳池很好，美中不足是戶外泳池沒開。另外湯泉環境也很不錯，也不是全部開放，但整體温乾淨度是很好的。

槽點太多無力吐槽。
1:酒店賣點有小童樂園，興沖沖帶着女兒去玩，就是非常簡陋，並且連燈都沒有開，打電話喊來了服務人員，告訴我要省電，沒有非常想幫助開燈的意思，走了之後估計十分鐘後才有電。
2:酒店的床翻身就震天響，特別是被子，一翻身就很吵，像塑料一樣吵，小夜燈也很亮，睡到一半煙霧報警器突然亮起來了，整個房間都照亮，每隔十五分鐘就有類似於鐵管的聲音，由於住的是6樓聽的非常清晰，導致每個人都睡不好，還有隔音非常的差，汽車的聲音非常大！！
3:酒店的主打温泉，竟然有死蟲子！飄在水面上，理解是淡季但是也不能這樣敷衍客人吧，1400一晚上的房間也不是大風颳來的，工作人員的態度也是非常的散漫！

本來好好的温泉度假，在酒店門口泡温泉也就算了，又遇上間房電源跳閘，工作人員檢查了就直接上電，我就問了一句跳閘的原因知道嗎？他才去找原因，找了好久就才知道泡池和陽枱燈不亮！如果我不問，剛好又是泡池燈漏電，那我們結果會怎樣？然後當準備上床休息，又發現被子有新紅的的歸，我不知道是什麼？到底上手被子有沒換？就給前台電話，讓人上來看，結果客服直接拿了張單人被子上來要換走原來的雙人被子，迴避那被子問題我也算了，就問客服怎麼給我一張單人被子呢？結果他的神操作，又給我送多一張單人被子，我們夫妻無語地對望一下，各自睡了💤

春節期間帶娃來泡個温泉，酒店環境挺安靜的，比較適合自駕出行，服務也很好，裏面也有很多小朋友玩的設施，美中不足就是點外賣不方便，幾乎沒有，酒店的餐廳點菜上菜太慢了，點了三個菜上了一個小時，別的都還不錯。

從上海自駕前往，酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨！但是呢，我買的899套餐，真的誠意不夠呀，50遊戲幣説沒有，衹能換個浴葯包。然後吧，入住的三天惠州降温到16度，山裡更冷，小朋友心心念念去游泳，泳池水温衹有26度，那就不能根據室外温度變換水温嗎？
