Amazing staff and hotel. Location is great with good restaurants around. We tried the Japanese, Thai and local cuisine one. The cakes and coffee at the hotel are really good. We love the photo booth created there. The room are as shown on the pictures. The bathroom is excellent. It’s quite despite being so close to the lake and pathways. Totally changed my opinion about hostels stay. The higher floor is the best one just because there are fewer rooms there. I stayed on the first floor and I enjoyed it. The bed is comfy.

無敵的風景，貼心的服務，各項設施的完善，尤其是温馨的書吧，庭院的綠植等等，都無不讓人留下深刻的印象。就在西湖裡感受詩情與畫意。本來打算住一天晚上的，結果忍不住又續住了一天。

民宿位置非常好，就在西湖邊。晚上很安靜，洗護用品也是我喜歡的。服務各方面都挺不錯。步行範圍內就是各大餐廳，黎記大排檔和阿妹小海鮮都挺不錯。

房間沒有説的那麼大，很小。
説一下這個空調，因為房間過小，床的位置變不了，出風口正對着床頭，開26°，最小風人還是不舒服。設計缺陷。

房間風景非常好，躺在床上就能欣賞美景。送的早餐也很美味。惠州之行最滿意的民宿，在房間欣賞美景的同時穿戴整齊，因為你在房裡看風景的時候，樓下的人也在看你。唯一美中不足是沒有全身鏡。

首先，想訂湖景房沒有了，我看商家圖片院景也還可以就訂了，不求啥，也算是有景吧？房間落地窗户看下來是個破電房？這叫景？別嚇人了，進房間後窗簾就沒開過了。第二，真的難以想象沒景看都算了，連一個電視都沒有？第三，問中式，西式早餐，選西式早餐你整個小米粥給我，真的給我整笑了，要不你就直接分一種早餐算了，別搞這些花裏胡哨的。

地點：出門就是西湖，樓下是很美的湖邊書屋，上樓是房間。開車的話停車要稍微走一段路，但是為了湖景，可以接受。走一百米往後轉的老街裏，可以找到各種好吃的，咖啡奶茶冰椰子，大排檔小海鮮都不錯，絕對的旺中帶靜
房間：床品很優秀睡着很舒服，房間設定就非常舒適，緊湊但不緊迫。雖然沒有電視，但是配了小音箱，來點音樂，聽着窗外的鳥鳴很愜意。房間的洗漱用品齊全，沐浴露套裝是akka 的，很高級。
早餐和管家服務：定好房間管家就會聯繫告知路線等安排，很貼心。早餐衹有中西兩款，都不太好吃，哈哈哈哈，不如出去吃吃惠州的小吃。咖啡和果汁：不過不失，在這樣的環境裏小喝一下追求的不是味道。
