地方很偏僻，沒有外賣可以點，環境很差勁，在路邊全是大車一天都吵，早上8點樓上還打電鑽敲東敲西，吵的一p，吃飯衹有一張椅子 還不能兩個人一起吃。洗手盆還不在廁所，電視要等幾分鐘廣告，電影全要錢

18酒店前台和安保的服務非常好，有求必應，態度親和。停車也比較方便，地面停車場前門後門都有，位置也夠。酒店設備也可以，不是那種老維也納酒店的設施。我住的商務房，完全可以滿足辦公。

環境很好酒店很新，衞生乾淨整潔，酒店還有免費停車，前台小姐姐很熱情很禮貌，辦理入住的時候還給我倒了一杯熱茶，很貼心[讓我看看]打掃衞生的阿姨也很熱情，有種家的感覺，很不錯
