Heard a lot about this 5***** hotel, so I booked it for the covinient from the bus from hk airport. Not very impressed and certainly doesn't meet the standard of a 5***** it once was. The room is stuffy and a bit of damp smell, although it's a non- smoker room, I paid 66£ for a night, and I requested to place me in a quiet area, so they upgraded me from the 5th floor which was above the Karaoke, to the 15th floor. Nice view of the west lake. The room is big enough but decoration is old, needs future renovation as I wouldn't stay there next time and there are better hotels out there in the area. However, the staff are very attentive and super friendly, after checking out, a young male asked how was my stay, and i said it was OK, it smells musky in the room, he apologised and gave me a goody bag with sweets and a cute stuff toy.

Apart from a small problem with room service we were very happy with our stay. The room had spectacular views over the river and West Lake. It was near a major shopping centre and food street. We felt pampered and relaxed and enjoyed just sitting in the room enjoying the view. Highly recommended.

I accidentally booked the wrong room type. I wanted to cancel and place a new order, but the lady at the front desk helped me to upgrade the room type for free. It’s really great. Although the room is a bit old, it’s very comfortable to live in, and the space is quite large. After checking out the items left behind, the lady at the front desk also called me in time. I came back in time to pick it up without delaying my trip. The service of this hotel is really good👍

The room was so comfortable that we stayed an extra night. The hotel is very close to tourist attractions, and it is also very close to Shuidong Street without fear of hard work. The front desk staff are very polite and always greet guests when they see them. Self-service coffee drinks are also provided in the lobby, which is very considerate. There are enough washing machines in the self-service laundry room, so there is no need to queue up for laundry. The breakfast is delicious, but it's a pity that the replenishment is slow and the staff is short! All in all, traveling in all seasons is a safe choice.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to Shuidong Street and the Internet celebrity seafood store. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk there. It is also very close to the West Lake by taxi. The hotel is clean and hygienic overall. Although it is small, it is well-equipped. It is considered a relatively cost-effective hotel in the city. The waiter was very nice and patiently helped us find a parking space after we arrived because we drove there by ourselves. The breakfast in the morning is also rich, which is enough for a business trip. You have to go early, otherwise it will be gone. The only drawback is that there are very few parking spaces in the hotel, just in the row at the door. There was no space when I went there. The hotel attendant asked me to park by the door and left the parking number. As a result, someone went out to make a phone call in the middle of the night and woke me up. This experience is not very good. Fortunately, I asked my car to leave and I immediately parked in. It would be really nice to live there without driving.

Booked a cityciew room but upgraded to a riverview one, astonished. The view is absolutely amazing day and night. Everything seems fair for the price, cannot expect much from it. I did hear some noise coming from below tho, there is a pub downstairs, you need to be aware of that if you are light sleepers. Well, at least earbuds are provided. Did not try their breakfast so I cannot comment on that. In case you miss the time, there are plenty of local options around. For foreigners, I suggest you have a translator with you because I don't think it is an English friendly hotel.

第一，位置情況。第一次去惠州遊玩，這個酒店在比較繁華的城區，門口打車比較方便，公交站也在邊上，位置還算比較好找，去西湖走路就行。用 地理優勢品嘗了好些家，其中鍾姨糖水、惠康湯粉很推薦。 第二，酒店設施。雖然不是新酒店但是設施維護也還可以，設施也齊全。 第三，服務態度。前台和服務人員都很好，有問題都會及時解決。主要誇一下工作人員，人超級好，態度真的非常好，沒有一點不耐煩! 第四，床舒服，沒有被吵到，值得推薦噢，總體很好，性價比很高。 網上下單的時候還有點擔心，結果到店一看跟圖片描述的基本沒有差，沒有任何問題!最重要的是安全係數比較高，這應該是大家最關心的
