Super good hotel, super super super recommended, except for being far away from the city, there are no other shortcomings.
1. The main thing is that the scenery is super beautiful. There are slides for adults and a kids area to play in. There are four or five swimming pools. You can also book an outdoor jacuzzi. Next to it is a beautiful gauze bed like Madai. It is with the hotel next door. Beautiful too.
2. The restaurant is super delicious (compared to another chain recommended by a book, this one is simply heaven, and that restaurant is all praised by Lei). There are dozens of kinds of desserts that are not as sweet as Lei, and everyone in the family You know, it’s heaven to have non-sweet desserts on the European and American menu. Most of the dishes are delicious. The pasta is super fragrant, and there are many kinds of fruits and yogurts. In addition, there are two restaurants that require reservations. There is a seafood barbecue that can be reserved, such as the Japanese-style Egyptian Teppanyaki, which is very fragrant but we did not make a reservation. There is also a very exotic tent.
3. There is a long private beach coastline, which the Glass Sea Hotel can have. There are so many deck chairs on the beach, hundreds of them can lie on them, but there are very few people lying on them. The sea breeze is so comfortable.
4. The decoration of the hotel is similar to that of Manxin in China. The room is very new, there is plenty of hot water, the balcony is beautiful, and the glass windows have locks. Some buildings have not been completed yet, so the price will probably increase after they are completed. It is really worth it.
The service staff likes to ask for Fengyoujing as a tip🤣, so I gave him the remaining half bottle.
The only drawback is that I got bitten by mosquitoes when I went to the beach at night, but bad mosquitoes are everywhere, and I don't blame this hotel. I didn't encounter any discrimination against Chinese people. At least the service staff were very nice to me. I will stay here again next time.

The staff were nice and very welcoming, however the food quality was extremely horrible! They don’t serve fresh juices except orange and cantaloup juices during breakfast. Several items on the buffet were raw like chicken, veggies. The most significant thing is the beach. It was crystal clear and shallow.

We were very excited to visit the hotel as it’s new in Sahl Hashesh, we contacted the reservation to book 2 rooms for my friend and myself. They asked us to pay 1 night, which we did, no one commented with us the cancellation policy in anyway. Unfortunately due to urgent reason we had to cancel. At this moment they informed us that it’s non refundable! We complained, they asked us to send email, we did, we kept following up with them by phone every day. No answer! I am sorry to say but I see this as a lack of transparency and I would also say that the reservation staff are not professional.

This was our first visit to Egypt and we will definitely be back - the hotel was lovely and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I have coeliac disease and need a gluten free diet - this was no problem at all for the hotel. I had food specifically prepared for me each day by the head chef. Our penthouse suite and twin room were beautifully cared for by Ramon during the week. His attention to detail and lovely touches to the rooms during our stay made it feel like a real luxury experience. The whole resort was spotless and while there is some building work going on to upgrade some rooms, this didn’t disturb us. Thanks for welcoming us to Egypt and creating a great first impression.

I’ve got an unpleasant aftertaste on the last day of the vocation. We are faced with the dishonesty of some staff. My husband forgot his phone by the pool. The hotel staff found it and didn’t going to return it to the owner. They dropped all calls. At the reception I didn’t receive any feedback on my complaint. We saw where the phone was via Google Maps, and it helped us find a bunch of staff who were denying that they have the phone. We kindly ask you be more careful in selecting your staff and ensuring that they adhere to the Lost and Found Policy. Otherwise the hotel is good. Good animation, varied food, clean beach.

Nice renovated hotel. Very helpful staff. Amazing entertaiment team. Planty of various food. Very good cocktails at loby bar. Very beatiful beach and sea. Clean rooms. You can join activities and a la carte restaurans at Pyramisa hotel as well.

If you want to go diving directly from the resort, head to the beach and sign up with Global Divers, for all kinds of PADI training and diving. The staff are friendly and kind, especially the instructor Ahmed who taught my two children - daughter, age 13 and son, age 15, their open water diver course. Ahmed is extremely safe and professional, his manner is trustworthy, kind and patient and my children had lots of fun diving with him. I also dived alongside and I can see his attention to diver safety with my own eyes. Ahmed is an excellent instructor with many years of experience diving in the Red Sea I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am a PADI instructor myself based in the U.K. The house reef offers nice shallow diving with a good variety of marine life, and you can also arrange boat diving with him from hurghada with a short transfer. The beach is really nice too.

This vacation have been one of the best vacations we have been to. The hotel is so beautiful and clean. The food is nice and the staff is so friendly specially in the sky breeze. In the animation team Elena was an angel and her yoga was super nice and her way to make sure we always are having a good time. We really liked her and she is doing her job perfectly. We will definitely come back to this hotel for another vacation.
