Amazing views, loved having a kitchenette. Was able to cook for myself and husband as we’re there for an anniversary getaway. A little loud in the afternoons but nothing that was horrible, small town so quieted down pretty early.

Loved the comfort of the room bed was soft and the sofa was also comfortable to lounge on. The small kitchen was a bonus to cook small meals. Only downfall is the shower water gets everywhere due to not have anything to block it so constantly cleaning up the water after showering. Everything else was amazing balcony view is so nice watching the sunset! 30 minutes from Zion and St. George to go look around.

In general de unit was ok, there were some kitchen items missing & the real issue was in the bathroom. one of the frames of the door was damaged because the fungus.

The weather was too cold/windy to enjoy the deck on #11, but the view was fantastic. Our stay was pleasant and the staff was incredibly responsive when we had an issue during our stay. Great coffee shop/restaurant directly next door (River Rock Roasting Co.) that we enjoyed every day! We had no issues with road noise during the night, though the beds were not very comfortable. Otherwise, very happy with our stay.

Nice space with a beautiful balcony view! The room was clean and all we needed for our stay. Road noise was a little louder than expected, but nothing we didn’t sleep through after long days in Zion.

Check in was super easy, you get a code in the morning that unlocks your room. Owners are always easily reachable over the phone if you need something. Even though the units were close together, it was super quiet. Gorgeous view perfect for eating breakfast or dinner outside.
