Checking in was very unpleasant. I waited for almost half an hour. I was very unfamiliar with the business. I asked them to hurry up. They told me that because we were adjusting the room, I would charge extra for adjusting the room. We changed to a different room type so we waited for more than half an hour. It was our problem and the attitude was very bad. The air conditioner in the room cannot cool but can only heat. We were not informed in advance. We felt hot and wanted to turn on the air conditioner. The more we turned on the air conditioner, the hotter it became. We called the front desk to ask the reason and found out that it could not cool. They asked us to turn on the ventilation, and the temperature remained at 31 degrees Celsius the whole night. The temperature was too high and I didn't fall asleep. When asked the reason the next day, we were told that the air conditioner could not be turned on for ventilation, but could only heat. During the entire inquiry, especially on the phone, the customer service was very impatient and asked, "Didn't I tell you about it?" I said no. They can't directly know your room number in the lobby, so they identified the wrong person. But this also shows that not only one of our rooms feels hot. This central air conditioner that can only heat is incomprehensible.
