The staff are pretty nice. They allow me to change room to a cheaper price on very short notice. I highly recommended this hotel.

This is an excellent choice for staying in Hyannis. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's clean, and the owners are attentive to all your needs. It couldn't be more convenient to the "downtown" area. Everything, including the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, is within walking distance. We had stayed there a couple of years ago, and the price was very reasonable, so we decided to stay again. When we were there this time, we noticed it needed a little upkeep (some painting outside and inside), but it's basically a clean, reasonably priced, well located motel. When we go back, we'll stay there.

Cape Cod Inn is a great place to stay. We found the price very reasonable and the room was comfortable. The location is right along the shops and restaurants with an excellent restaurant right across the street. Hyannis is also centrally located making it easy to get around the cape. The room was very clean and well maintained (a little touch-up wouldn't hurt, but very little). The refrigerator was very handy and a nice size. The addition of a microwave would be welcome. Definitely a place that we will put on our 'stay here next time' list.

This was a delightful find that met all my needs. I was there the first weekend in October, so end of season. I was alone, staying nearby to a friend who lives in Centerville. It was quiet and well-maintained. Repairs have been done over the years, and I could see evidence of that, but it was clean and comfortable and the owners take pride in their business. Staff was a delight and helped me check in late and also arranged for a late check out. Location was fantastic.

This is a no frills motel that is basically just keeping pace with weather and age. The room was clean, and the housekeeping clearly doing their job. There were several places that were patched on the walls, the door to the bathroom stuck a bit, etc, but you could tell it was being maintained.

Our stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and the service anticipated all our needs. There was plenty of hot water. The hotel was located near many restaurants and other activities. We walked to many places.

Great downtown location. Very walkable area. Really comfortable king size bed with good pillows and linens. Great pub.

Great proximity to restaurants and attractions. Room clean and in good shape. Surprisingly quiet. Staff VERY friendly.

I've been to a lot of hotels and this was the nicest looking one and the cleanest one I've ever been in. And the area it was in was walkable to the beaches walkable to the harbor walkable downtown walkable to attractions it was just great and I recommend it for anybody looking to go to Hyannis

Easy check in and check out. Fantastic location in downtown Hyannis. Have stayed there before and would stay there again

The rooms have been recently updated and are really nice. Great attention to detail. The staff was very welcoming and helpful as to how to navigate the town. Would definitely stay here again. Great family hotel.

10/10, GREAT location, clean, and staff is very attentive. After locking myself out of my room at midnight after coming back from the bars the lot attendant helped me contact the manager and she was there within minutes to let me in my room, and price was great!!! Will be staying here again.

We stayed there few times already, everything is always clean and perfect! Highly recommend!
