Second time I have stayed here with a friend and both times have been great. Rooms are decent sized, comfortable, clean and with a nice balcony. Swimming pool and bar area are relaxed and quiet. Hotel is quiet so you can always get a good night's sleep, even if you come back late from a nightclub.

Do not change the bed linen or towels during your stay, even if you are staying for a week or more. Pool food is terrible and it’s very noisy. Robbed us of €150 deposit because of dirty towels even though they hadn’t been washed. Will rob you blind, would recommend avoiding staying here. Definitely not good for groups

We loved staying at Ibiza Heaven Apartments and will definitely return. Our apartment was spacious and clean and the location was fab - close enough to Playa d’en Bossa and also tucked away from any street noise.

The property is bice and clean. Staff is friendly. Most speak a few languages. Our room was very quiet and clean, but the bathroom was missing hand soap by the sink. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was located in a quiet area, but a little far from many bussling spots. Cabs are easy to acquire, through the hotel desk.

We arrived very early, but received a roomkey immediately. The room is big, spotlessly clean with a balcony and 2 shower heads. The shower is powerful and the water always hot. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you might need. Also a refrigerator Staff is amazing! So kind, so welcoming and very helpful. Location is great, near some nice restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is great, well kept; though we were the only 2 persons at the pool during our stay, they used the robot to clean the pool and filled the pool with fresh water every day. There are enough sun loungers and some umbrellas. You can spot airplanes while sunbathing! (you don't here them in your room) We had lunch here twice; both times very good. The bread was so fresh and tasty and the pizza was yummy. With a late departure we were allowed to stay at the pool after check out. You can shower and change clothes near the pool. We will definitely stay here again while at Ibiza!

Perfect place to stay in Playa d'en Bossa: very quite area but close to the main clubs and to the beach. The rooms are very confy, sound-proof (which is very rare in Ibiza) and the shower is wonderful with enough pressure and without salt (it is very likely to have salty water in the bathroom of the majority of common hotels in this island), with a perfect thermal regulation. The bathroom is really spacious, and stylish, the living room has a modern kitchen and a very confy sofa bed (I slept there on my first stay in 2019), whereas the bedroom is less spacious but still enough for two guests. Very nice balcony on the swimming pool where you can have breakfast and chill. Finally, nice cleaning service, always late in the day so that you can rest untile the first afternoon after partying outside all night long, without any noise in the morning, which is the true strenght of the structure. Reference point in Ibiza and for sure the best you can get in terms of quality price ratio in Playa d'en Bossa. Also the staff is very welcoming and polite, and they try to help you with everything you need to make you fell better than at home. The apartment is maybe even too large for only 2 guests but in that case each one hwould benefit of a single separated bedroom with a lot of privacy and supplementary space. The two swimming pools are ideal to chill and relax since they are never too crowded and the bar is good for a fast meal or a snack, or simply for breakfast, even if not exceptional. Finally, after checking out you can leave your lugagge at the reception and have a shower before leaving for the airport, a very nice service! The only lack is free parking which is hard to find nearby but they have a private parking with a charge...and finally the swimming pool could be open until more late

El edificio se ve renovado y en buen estado general. Los departamentos están bien, sin embargo hay cosas por mejorar: pocos accesorios para la cocina y heladera muy chica. Como punto negativo el aire se apagaba cuando se abría una ventana y luego al cerrarse la misma no se volvía a prender, nunca anduvo bien, alquilamos 2 departamentos y en ambos pasaba lo mismo. En uno de los departamentos no funcionaban las hornallas. El espacio de la pileta estaba muy bien, y tenía una barra donde vendían bebidas (caras como todo Ibiza). La ubicación es excelente a pocas cuadras de la playa y de las disco

Hotel molto pulito. Noi avevamo un appartamento per 4 persone composto da salone con angolo cottura, un bagno, due camere (una con letto matrimoniale l’altra con il letto ad una piazza e mezza) ed un balcone. Aria condizionata in tutta la casa. Tutto nella norma, nessun problema tranne il Wi-Fi che non prende bene. La posizione è buona se si intende soggiornare nella parte di ibiza town (molto vicino alle discoteche più famose). Personale educato e molto disponibile. Lo consiglio assolutamente!
