Overall had a good experience… but still need to improve internet & electricity facilities in the resort..

Overall good

Excellent location and nice food or nice service ,superb big space of property and good management also. Welcome entry is also good and all service staff work very good so I suggested that in medium budget this is better for him.

The resort has a beautiful views of Munnar Hills, is comfortable and spacious. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and welcomes you with smile all the time (like Varun on the picture) I loved it!

The leaf resort is a beautiful place to unwind and we booked the resort based on some recommendations. The food, ambience, facilities, service staff were amazing. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed thoroughly. We would like to revisit some time soon.

Very nicely maintained properly and commandable service. All the food ordered were very tasty. Rooms are spacious with good views. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, Gokul was very generous in service.

we spent 2 nights. it was amazing experience. away from city. close to nature. beautiful leaf munaar was the best choice. everything was excellent. The staff was very helpful specially the Guest Relation staff member VEENA. she was extremely helpful. Highly recommend if you ever make a trip to Kerla

The rooms were spacious, especially the newly built one while the older ones have great view, we got a silver category which was again upgraded as compliment by front desk. Property location is very good, although there must be good other properties but with the kind of value of money it gives as 5 star resort is justified. There are Indoor and outdoor activities available, views from pool side and terrace of dinning area especially sunrise point was really a beautiful experience. Staff was again helpful and polite, they also have bonfire in night although for Limited time but again a good experience altogether.

Wonderful resort with wide range of activities, nice bonfire , Tasty Food, clean and neat rooms, nice view of Mountains form the resort, staff has been very breakfast and dinner buffets has wide range of options. Pricing is also reasonable compared to other resorts.

Very nice ambience and courtous hotel staff Room is pretty big and nice and that adds up the enjoyment of stay Diffent from other hill station resorts we experienced in North, The Leaf gives an equal feel of a business 5* hotel in all amneties That gives us a feel of visit again

The resort property is quite spacious with nicely spaced out cottages and villas for a quite relaxing peaceful stay. The staff are well mannered and very caring for the guest's comfort. One of the staff, Ms Shilpa, is commendable for her warm hospitality and care for the guests. Upon arrival Ms Shipa, ***** with her team lined up to extend a warm traditional welcome, followed by a welcome drink. I stayed for 3 nights in a Silver Leaf Room at this amazing resort. The room was clean, quite spacious, the bathroom was a bit squeezy, though The resort is well guarded 24 hours with security that makes one feel comfortable to have stroll at any time within the resort property. The resort has a small infinity pool that has a nice view. Also they have vantage sunrise point that is worth spending for a nice view. One important thing that is lacking is a SPA centre. One has to venture out to find a good SPA centre. A SPA centre within the resort would have made it more wholesome experience. They have a spacious restaurant, with a mezzanine level that has nice a view. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. They serve a very good variety of food that was nice & tasty. Some more items in the pastry would have been nicer. The menu for dinner was also very good. Their lacha paratha, kadai vegetable and kadai paneer were tasty. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant staff. Overall the restaurant staff are well mannered, always wearing a smile and attentive, especially, Shyam and Manu. I like the "Chaya Kadai" (Tea Shop) that is set up outdoor every evening from 5pm serving tea, coffee, snack and bananas. Overall, my 3 nights stay was very nice, memorable and experience still lingers in my mind. I would love to return to this place again in the future.

Leaf Munnar is a beautiful, green and well maintained Hotel resort. We stayed for 2 nights and this hotel was the highlight of our Kerala trip. The ambience or rather the greenery , warmth of the staff and delicious food at the restaurant is what sets it apart from others. Don't miss the hi tea and other complimentary activities organised by the hotel like Cookery classes, nature walks, letter writing.

Our stay at The Leaf was outstanding. The hospitality extended by staff, service rendered and the amenities provided were very good. All the staff including their relationship manager Ms Shilpa are very professional. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all modern amenities.
