Dream World Aqua Hotel - All Inclusive

Our experience with this hotel was awesome! In comparison with the nightmare we stayed last year called "dream world PALACE" this hotel is a complete paradise, I was expecting rude staff like before but Aqua waiters, reception, animation team they are all friendly and warm people. The know how to do their job and the service and food is perfect!

Arrived 26th aug and here until 9th sept . Hotel is amazing so clean and beautiful to look at . We were all amazed by it . Whole hotel and pools are spotless . Alot of cleaning staff in all areas . We are a family of 7 from ages 2 to 68 and theres something for everyone . Slides are fab for kids and adults . Food is beautiful and plenty of choice . 2 of my kids have autism so only eat plain pasta etc and theres always plenty . As soon as its running low staff are there to replenish it . Cocktails all free from bar opposite the diningroom . Slush free at pool bar and ice lollies in freezers throughout the pool areas . These are things like twisters/cornettos/ oreo . One thing i would say is more english need to come here as you get so much for your money . We are 1 of the 3 english families here .had a pool party one day and it was amazing we all loved it .and finally the animation team they are brilliant nothing too much bother to them . They play with kids and never walk past without interacting with us . Sam, rico , tito and mario are our favourites . Will deffo be back x

This is a warning to people choosing a holiday free from animal cruelty. This hotel SUPPORTS animal cruelty. It allows wild animals to be in captivity. During my stay I saw a monkey in chains and a diaper, being held by a man who offered to take pictures with tourists. This kind of behavior towards animals should be stopped

Where to start, the hotel is not a 5* but basically a 3* hotel. The room just ok nothing else, if you don't get a pool view room you're in trouble! because your smelling sewage from your open balcony door, hence, don't even think about either opening the door or leaving any clothes outside to dry. Damp clothes will pick up all the sewage smells. Inside is just OK with the food halls full of flys everywhere again unfortunate, my daughter couldn't eat her food in peace and this is not just one fly we're talking 10 flys buzzing around the table. It's probably because of the sewage problems outside. Tv channels nothing but Russians channels only thing in English was BBC news unless you only like watching the news then nothing to watch on the old LCD TV which you can't even pair your phone to. We were the only Brits in this hotel and this hotel only caters one type of guest, totally unfortunate but true! you will just have to find out for yourself if your unfortunate enough to stay at this hotel. Also this hotel is not on the beach they have a free shuttle bus and they have to drive you to the beach which is like 15mins. The pools are kid friendly if you can even get a sunbed because they leave the guests leave their beach towels on them the entire day even if they don't sit at the pool and the hotel staff can't even do anything about it, it's not as if the hotel will slap the hands that feeds them which I totally understand but also feel sorry for the waiters and staff who were excellent! I just feel like this hotel is not for Brits and if your going to Antalya there's better places to stay for sure.

We spent a week in DreamWorld Aqua in July and we felt fantastic. We usually choose a new destination for every summer holiday, this was the first time we’d said we would gladly come back here. True, there are a few things which could be disturbing for others and it is good to know about them in advance. As I was very grateful for the many reviews I’d read before booking, I’d like to give a detailed description to help others decide when choosing their destination. LOCATION, ACCOMMODATION: The hotel is about a 1-hour-ride from Antalya airport. It’s not directly on the beach. There’s a busy 4-lane street in front of it. You can find a supermarket, taxi rank, bus stop and lots and lots of shops nearby. We’d booked a superior room (we usually do so, to avoid rooms e.g. near the kitchen or other uncomfortable places). We were satisfied, it was in one of the annex buildings. Superior here meant a bigger size, the furniture, design etc. was quite the same as in the standard rooms. First it felt strange that the corridor of the building could be reached without entering the hotel itself (though it was within the hotel’s premises), but it proved to be a good choice. It was the furthest room from the busy street, there were rooms only on one side of the corridor and we also had two sofas in the room (apart from the double bed and the single bed we needed). I guess these rooms could well accommodate a family of 5. The mattresses were comfortable. There were no duvets, just thin blankets. The bathroom was small, but clear. The air conditioning worked properly, it could be adjusted as you wanted to. The balcony was narrow, but it didn’t matter, we never spend any time on a hotel room’s balcony. The room faced the pools, it was the nearest one to the slides and the entertainment stage. It was noisy till 11 pm, after that time the programmes stopped and there was no music at all, but before that everything could clearly be heard. With a 12-year-old it didn’t matter at all, we didn’t go to bed early, but for families with smaller children it is worth considering before choosing a room. We also took earplugs which proved to be useful, as there are countless hotels and clubs nearby, and they could somewhat be heard. FOOD: We had all inclusive service, which meant there’s practically not a minute when you can be hungry . It is true that the food is repetitive, but the variety is so wide that you can eat different things every day, if you taste 2-3 things on one occasion. Everything was tasty and the staff were really quick and helpful when serving us. Though meals come in buffet form, the waiters bring the drinks to your table. Apart from the food in the usual hotel containers, there are always a few dishes that are prepared there in the restaurant or by the pool (that’s where they have the barbecue/grill). The restaurant and the pool snack bar were really very busy when the meal times started, if you don’t like when it’s crowded and noisy, it is worth waiting an

We have just returned from a family holiday here. Overall we had a fantastic time, however upon arrival which was around midnight, we went to check in. Upon booking we requested a lower level room due to young children. They gave us a room on the highest level (7) I was not happy and expressed that I had paid extra upon booking booking. The staff were not helpful they were smirking and told us to come back in the morning to see if we could be moved. Upon entering the room it smelt damp and musky, we turned the air con on and it smelt like cigarette smoke all night. The next morning we were straight back at reception and thankfully they moved us to a room on the second floor. The pool area was fantastic the children had the best time, slides are open 10-12 then 2-5. Always something to eat, the pool bar serves a variety of foods. Walls ice lollies and ice creams available on the all inclusive until 4pm which was brilliant. Waffles and slushes until 4pm. We never struggled with the food, always a great variety. If you fancy eating out then I would recommend bill Cosbys bar just outside the hotel it was fantastic. The animation team were amazing they work very hard and they were always around and there was always something going on, from pool foam party’s to pool inflatable they were just ace. The evening entertainment was great too, especially the lion king performance was amazing. We also did the jeep safari excursion which was fabulous I definitely recommend. We would return to this hotel we had a great week here as did the kids.

Very dirty rooms (especially bathroom, please see pics - we checked in into this room like that), air conditioner very strange, food poisoning from buffet ( and glasses full of lipstick, they don’t change buffet cutlery), adults only pool full with kids, …. If you don’t mind dirty rooms and unhygienic facilities plus a hotel full of crying kids: you are at the best address here! :)

Brilliant hotel, very impressive but not much around it. Couple of restaurants and bars. The staff were nice, loved the cocktails at the cocktail bar. Couldn’t get a sun bed anywhere apart from the adult pool which was a pain having two kids. Didn’t meet another British family so the kids didn’t have anyone to communicate with as all German. The garden party was awesome to be fair. All in all a good holiday great hotel but wouldn’t go back.

Has anyone returned from here and become poorly?? Returned from here on 27/9/22 my child 7 years old is currently in hospital very sick with a parasite bug called Cryptosporidium she’s seriously ill. It’s from the pool it’s infected swimming water. Along with 2 others from my family??? Please comment if you have..
