This hotel is faultless and truly wonderful. Yes the majority of guests are German but this is not a negative! We spoke to many lovely and friendly folk. The whole place is absolutely spotless. The staff work extremely hard and cannot do enough for you. They are so friendly and attentive. The food is all fantastic and so much choice! We have been to over 10 all inclusive hotels, a fair few in Turkey and Tui Blue Side is far superior. The rooms are great and the beds and pillows really comfortable. When we arrived, I asked to move rooms to one with a sea view and we were accommodated with no problem to a room with a private terrace with sun loungers. The staff do have a walk around the pool and remove towels from sun beds that have been left unoccupied for a length of time. This is a good thing!! The beach is beautiful and very clean. Lovely restaurant on the beach for lunch and snacks/drinks. All of the public toilets are spotless, even on the beach. We had a Turkish language lesson and a wine tasting session which were great. Special mention to Ahmet! We are truly blown away by this wonderful hotel and are definitely going to book for next year! Thank you staff at Tui Blue for making our stay the best!

We have recently flew home from Tui Blue Side, and what an experience we had! We arrived late on the 27th of March and subsequently missed the dinner service being supplied, after being promptly checked in and shown to our rooms (1120 & 1118) we were told there was a 'late snack' option available between 11pm and midnight, or we could have a complimentary sandwich which is available throughout the day to all guests in the main reception area. We decided to go for the late snack option and were impressed by the quality and amount of food being provided at this time. Very good start! The hotel itself is spotless, the staff around the hotel, from the maids to the maintenance team work effortlessly to ensure that the hotel is kept to a very high standard and it echoes throughout walking around the hotel. The food on offer every day from breakfast through to dinner is in abundance, full of local dishes through to English and German dishes, we never had an issue finding something to eat, particularly the Baklava at dinner time, which was highly sought after from our party of 4! The drinks menu ranges from soft drinks, beer, iced coffee and a cocktail list as long as your arm! Best one I have seen from an all inclusive resort and definitely the best one in a TUI Blue. Sun beds were not an issue although we went at the start of the season, we had the same sun beds for every day of our stay, but if a sun lounger wasn't available pool side, just behind the main ones were a selection of flat beds with a pillow that was equally as comfortable, and allowed you quick access to the smaller pool located just in front of the beds, perfect to sit in and read, or even dip your feet! Although it was a touch on the colder side, perfect if you've been walking around or sunbathing for a refreshing cool off. The main pool again was cold, but after an hour or so in the sun it was perfect to drop into to refresh! The pool was long with 2 water features in the middle and had plenty of space for a few swimmers for when it get's too hot to sunbathe! As mentioned, the hotel was spotless, and the spa was a real treat, as part of our stay you are allocated a 15 minute free massage, although we opted for a Hammam experience as this was our first time to Turkey, a little pricier than the ones offered outside in the close vicinity of the hotel, but definitely worth it! My partner and sister in law both went for an aromatherapy massage the day before we come home and both highly recommended that also. The staff as mentioned, work effortlessly to ensure you have a drink in hand, or clear your plates efficiently to ensure you can indulge in the other delights they have to offer. A special mention goes out to Yavez and the gentleman in the main bar upstairs, who's name I didn't get who worked efficiently to ensure our experience was the best possible. We spent the Christmas /new year break At this wonderful hotel. Same as last year. The Staff are amazing so polite and helpful The food also no complaints there . The place is kept to a very high standard From your rooms right down to the Beach bar. I know it's not the hotels fault but the other Guests were very rude to us all the time They walk straight past never try and great you and never ask you to join in with whatever is going on. Don't know if it was because we were English. Felt so uncomfortable this time. Even the manager spoke to people all around but left us out. When entertaining in the evening and New year's eve nothing was explained to us in our language only in German . We never new what was going on . We tried so hard to fit in . It's a shame really. Didn't let it spoil our holiday though. Will try somewhere new next year.

My partner and I have recently returned from our second visit to Tui Blue Side in the last few months. We always have such a wonderful time and this time was exceptionally lovely. We didn’t expect to be recognised on our second visit this year but we were. We were greeted and treated more like old friends than we were guests. The hotel is lovely, the food is good and the facilities are amazing. The beach especially is our favourite place. We used the spa this time and that was a little overpriced but it was a lovely morning so worth the cost. As I have mentioned in previous reviews, the staff are really what make this place so special. Murat is so kind and attentive. He can’t do enough for guests and is always so cheerful and pleased to help. We met a lovely lady called Nazli who was a pleasure to speak to. She works on the beach bar and is so good with customers. Ali Sun on reception was just as great as our first visit and really should be commended on what an asset he is to the hotel. We look forward to seeing them all on our next visit in the new year.

We have just returned from this lovely hotel,the staff are very friendly.The beds are so comfortable slept really well. The food would cater for the fussiest of eaters.The a- la carte is a must .If I was to complain I would say you need to get up early to secure a sunbed around the pool as they seem to be snaped up pretty quickly, the staff do put cards down if the sunbeds are left unoccupied and towels do get removed. There are 3 rows of flat sunbeds and you can get these ,in my own personal opinion it would be to remove the first 2 rows of these beds and put proper sunbeds there,leaving the 3rd row under the shade.

Everything was so perfect, from the place to food, service and accommodation. Everyone here is so kind and professional, so anything that is on your mind they will make it as best as possible. I will definitely recommend you to come here and explore this amazing place.

Fabulous weather, lovely beach. If you like peace and quiet maybe this beach would not be for you as the speed boats play loud music. Plenty of lovely sun loungers on beach never s problem to get one Beach bar serves great food and drink Pool very busy ,sun loungers around the pool reserved extra early. This is a predominantly German hotel what more do I need to say The hotel itself is really lovely, rooms well looked after all staff are really friendly. Mini bar serviced everyday with water soft drinks and beers The food choice is fab. Make sure you book your evening in the ala carte restaurant. Two excellent rather rainy weeks. Large comfortable bedroom and welcoming public areas with unfailingly helpful staff. Good varied activities provided on rainy days. Superb choice of delicious foods. The all inclusive formula worked very well. We hired a car for five days to visit the five classical archaeological sites within 40k. The other guests were friendly Germans or football teams from cold countries in training. We had outstanding help from the friendly German TUI rep who spoke excellent English. The Mediterranean was warmer than I have ever felt the sea around the coast of the UK

My partner and I have just returned from Tui Blue Side having spent a week there. It was a wonderful trip where we both left feeling relaxed and looked after. The hotel is lovely, very clean and well maintained. The pool is great and it’s very close to the beach which was good for us as that’s where we spent most days. The food was good with lots of variety and there was plenty of it. The omelette at breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. We ate at the beach snack bar everyday and it was outstanding. The atmosphere, food and service was great. The staff at this hotel is really what makes it so special. They really go the extra mile to make sure they provide excellent service. There were 4 members of staff who particularly made our stay wonderful. Murat (pool bar) couldn’t do enough for us. He was so kind and helpful and he was always eager to talk to us and ask us about our holiday. He really should be commended for his customer service skills. We felt sad saying goodbye to Murat. Fatma Kaya (housekeeping) went the extra mile for us everyday. She was a lovely lady who made sure we were happy before leaving the room. She even told me off for leaving make up stains on a pillowcase but in a kind and funny way and gave me an extra towel to lay on the pillow to make sure it didn’t happen again. She really is great at her job and good with guests despite a language barrier. We built an excellent rapport with Fatma. I can’t commend Ali Sun and Gulay Yilduz enough. Their commitment to ensuring our stay and more over the birthday I celebrated whilst there was truly wonderful. Thank you. There was two unfortunate incidents during our visit that did somewhat spoil parts of our stay. There was one day where our AC stopped working three times. The last occasion at around 2am on an evening where the temp within the room was 33 degrees. My partner went to reception to report the fault as we couldn’t sleep. The man on reception told him that there was nothing he could do. He asked if we could change rooms and he was told the hotel was full. I called 10 minutes later and asked to speak to a manager and was told I would receive a call back shortly. I’m fairness, he did and a new room was offered. Admittedly I was very cross at this point and made it known I was frustrated. I didn’t shout but did ask for a senior member of staff to call me. He said there was nobody available. My partner went to collect the key and when he arrived at reception the man was frustrated at me personally and demanded that my partner bring me to reception so that he could aggress me. When my partner refused he asked that he call our room from reception and demand that I come down to reception to face him. Without wanting to play the gender card….I am a woman in a different country to my own where I don’t know the language, at 3am dealing with an angry man who wanted an argument with me. That’s a terrifying situation for anyone to be in. My partner
