We made a booking in early September 2022 through Agoda, to stay Jan 19-23, 2023. This was confirmed. I then received an email on October 19, 2022 to say it had been cancelled because the place is fully booked! That's considered poor service, considering the room had already been confirmed. That left us with very limited choices to stay, especially at the time of Dinagyang.
