This beautiful gem in Hubbards is a beautiful property to stay! We have had opportunities to rent the house with all bedrooms, kitchen, for a weekend retreat. Everything was spotless, and Katie went beyond the call of duty by providing us with help planning events. Beautiful hot tub and sauna . As for the cottages, oh so comfy and cozy. With a pool, and lonely dock across the street. Perfect for a couple or family. Hope to see you later in the summer!

This is a wonderful spot. The property, hospitality of Kate and Lee along with the central location, make it the ideal spot for a Hubbards get away. We had a family reunion in June and had relatives from across Canada renting several cottages. The cottages are immaculate and well stocked. We were able to walk to the Shore Club for a delicious lobster dinner followed by Saturday night dancing with the Mellotones! We also walked to the Tuna Blue restaurant and enjoyed an excellent dinner and stunning sunset over the Hubbards Cove. A short drive brought us into Chester and Mahone Bay for some sightseeing and shopping. What a great time! We will definitely return!

One of our favourite places ever! We’ve been so many times and only have great things to say. They hosted our wedding and made it a weekend that our friends and family still describe as the best wedding they’ve ever been to! The facility is excellent and the service is impeccable! We’ve stayed just the two of us and with 60 people! Always fantastic

I give the Anchorage House and Cottages 10 stars!!. I've stayed in the the cottages a few times and the house for the past few years. The setting is within walking distance to restaurants and the famous Shore Club. The rooms are clean and bright. The grounds are well kept and user friendly. The clean pool with lounge chairs is available for all guests. The house has a beautiful hot tub that we've enjoyed every evening. The new sauna is big and works wonders. The house is my favourite for sure. Many rooms for guests to gather or have quiet times. The downstairs room at the house was bonus for me after a knee replacement. The house has the most beautiful setting for a large gathering from a wedding to a reunion. I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful accommodations, the caring owners or the gorgeous settings of the Anchorage House and Cottages.

Can't say enough about this fabulous little gem. The one bedroom cottage was perfect for two friends - it even came with coffee and coffee filters! Loved using the pool and sitting on the dock watching the sky. Excellent value.
