There were plenty of towels in the room. Usually we have to ask for more towels so they always had more than enough which I was grateful for. Check in and check out was easy. We had to depart before breakfast started so I’m unable to comment about that. Very close to the airport and a gas station is next door as well as Culvers and Dennys.

Only compliant was there was a dirty towel left in my bathroom and I notified the front desk but they didn’t do anything like offer to come take care of it. The breakfast is very good compared to most hotels.

Good overnight stay, convenient for our trip across country. Bathrooms need some maintenance and updating. Breakfast server did a great job. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it was plenty full with people enjoying themselves. Fitness center was ok.

Only real problem we had was housekeeping. Room wasn’t cleaned while we were out, we finally saw the tiny slip of paper detailing housekeeping protocol but something bigger should be permanently posted in the rooms because everybody needs fresh towels and trash dumped daily. Consequently people started putting their overflow trash in bags and sitting them out in hallway.

There was construction on the highway, but when you were off the highway, the hotel was tucked away by a housing community. Relatively quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The desk staff on Tuesday afternoon was pleasant and helpful. The van driver was a nice guy. Wednesday, Dec. 20 desk worker with purple hair was unprofessional. I was disappointed that a hotel minutes from the airport did not have early service to the airport which is why i booked the hotel in the first place.

I was a bit skeptical and concerned about the reviews, but upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by my room and the hotel overall. Everything was beyond my expectations, and the gentleman who helped me during my check-in was kind. Will probably stay here again the next time I visit.

I booked this room couple of weeks ago and when I got to the hotel they raised the cost. When I contacted you I was told that I was basically out of luck since I paid it. It was 1130 at night, cold and I had a 4 year old with me, I felt cornered so I paid it. I've done all of my bookings through your service but I think I'll go through someone else after my 2 trips coming up. I'm a gold member and I was treated very badly.
As for the room. Our window was facing all the road construction and the noise kept us up all night. There was a giant spotlight that shined through the window and we couldn't get the blackout curtains to fully close. The bathroom sink and tub drained so slowly that the water went up to my ankles when I showered. I paid more for this hotel then I did for my car rental and my plane ticket. This is a terrible way to treat loyal customers and a great way to lose them.
