Staff were extremely helpful when we arrived at the hotel, and always available if needed. Very convenient and easy access to our room. Would definitely use again.

Another lovely stay at this cosy little hotel. Rooms have all you need for a comfortable stay and the local town is very quaint with some lovely little boutique style shops. Food is excellent, although restaurant was closed this time which I was sad about as I really enjoyed my meal last time. Linda is the perfect host. Thanks Linda hope to stay here again when I'm next in the area. Chris (piano tuner!!)

Friendly simple basic stopover place to stay- Okay breakfast, clean basic room with tiny bathroom - great for walkers stopover. Attached to a Chinese restaurant do menu is Chinese and reasonably priced and okay. Just 5 miles or so from Peebles.
