This spacious townhouse is located within development of 7 town homes, and affords comfortable living with all equipment and utilities included. An inclined driveway leads to the front of the unit and its patio entrance. The villa is on a fairly steep hill (which accounts for the awesome views!). This might not be suitable for individuals with disabilities and older individuals. Introducing Costa Vista #2: On the ground level there are 2 bedrooms including a master bedroom with attached bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Downstairs on the lower level there are two more bedrooms including a second master bedroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with shower on the lower floor. The second floor and roof top deck is where all the excitement is with a large open concept kitchen flowing onto a spacious living area and covered patio. A sweeping staircase leads up onto the rooftop deck where one can experience views that are out of this world. The roof top is perfect for relaxing, tanning or having a sip while watching the sun set.All living areas have air-conditioning with ceiling fans to dining room, lounge and main bedrooms. Hummingbird House is situated on the idyllic West coast of Barbados in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The whole house and gardens are detached, very private, secure and fully fenced. Lined with beautiful bougainvillea it is set amidst a gorgeous, colourful and immaculately landscaped garden with palm trees as well as a mango, lime and cherry tree. Sun-loungers surround the large private pool which is exclusively for your use. Hummingbird House is only accessible via our gated driveway, to which only the guest has the combination. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the Caribbean Sea where water sports, picnic areas and restaurants can be found, as well as the local supermarket, chemist and deli. The house boasts 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms 2 with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom opens on to a balcony with seating and breathtaking views of the ocean. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen as well as a laundry area. The large lounge and dining area with vaulted ceilings lead onto a covered veranda, which, with its great views of the gardens and the ocean, is ideal for Al fresco dining. There is also an outside play area for the children. A maid will visit each week to ensure you are comfortable and to change linens etc… and a house manager will be on hand to meet and greet you and help with any questions or issues you may have throughout the duration of your stay. We are situated just a few minutes from Sandy Lane and their amazing golf course and just 10 minutes from Holetown heading North and Bridgetown to the South.
