"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!"

"Everything was great! The staff were very helpful, opening doors for me, checking Uber fares, and even resolving issues. Thumbs up! 👍 Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and dinner was good too. Just be aware that the service charge and taxes are a bit high."

"During Ramadan period, the menu of breakfast is not buffet but a la cart within limited selection. I wanted to enjoy more variety of local food，but, no choice. Airport pick up service and airport transfer service are very good."

"An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap."

"This is not hotel and it's just a hostel for the Chinese travellers. It will not suit for any business travellers from other countries. This facility doesnt have toilets. There's only one toilet for 5 rooms. it's a shared toilet and it was shocking for the amount they charged. Even a kitchen has been converted in to a room. only advantage is that it's nearby to the airport. gates of this apartment will get closed by 10pm. lifts will be switched of by 10 pm. Rooms are in the 8th floor. Then imagine what happens if the lifts are switched off and especially you are carrying the heavy luggages. Moreover they dont have a card swiping machine and you need to make the payment through local currency. if you are budget traveller who dont need any amenities then you can go for it. Otherwise staying at this place will give you lots of frustrations. Actual rooms are completely different from the pictures shared on trip.com. Breakfast starts by 8 am and if you have to start early this place will not work again. Even towels are not provided. just a couple of hand towels were provided. I will not suggest this hotel for any business travellers or for families. "

"Exelent service well behaved and mannered staff . Liked the breakfast wonderful choice . Highly recommended even though it’s bit expensive side .for this if they provide better quality large bottle water not the tiny ones they do now and some light snack or fruit. . Maybe next time time I will see some change Cheers guys"

"Overall, I really liked everything. The hotel is clean and quite new. The breakfasts aren't very diverse but they are tasty. There's a dedicated floor for the fitness area and another for the spa, pool, and a very good sauna. The massage room wasn't working, which was a bit disappointing. The location is excellent, and the rooms have heating, though it was turned off at 10 AM on our check-out day."
