"The hotel is in a shopping center in the south of the city, surrounded by Safeway, Walmart, McDonald's is very convenient. There is also a Japanese Gardon nearby that is very good but did not go. The hotel has free parking and an indoor swimming pool. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast sausage egg bread juice yogurt milk fruit. It's good to sleep at night. Disadvantages The air conditioner is loud and affects rest."

"Although the hotel was clean and nice, we often had trouble with the key cards. They often get demagnetized rather easily. I recall when I checked on, the night auditor at the front desk gave me 3 key cards for the room. Literally 3 minutes later I’m trying to get into my room and not one key card worked. Carrying my bad, suitcase, and case of beer, I had to go back down and get new ones. Very frustrating. But, the people at the front desk were quite nice.

"Love the friendly staff n even the guests staying there too. Nice hotel attracts nicer people. My boy just loves the swimming pool... evening n morning swims are the must do ones. The plentiful choice in breakfast was also another nice surprise. Definitely thinking to stay here again on next visit."

"I love the people. They are very kind and helpful at all time. Their security is well secured and always there. Breakfast is great. One thing, I noticed at different hotels in Addis Ababa, they will say that breakfast is included but there no breakfast in the morning, but not at this hotel. Their hospitality is very great. GGuest UserHotel was pretty good. My only complaint would be the weight room. Everything is quite rusty from humidity and the treadmill didn’t work. (Not a huge problem as I was still able to workout) Room was clean, breakfast was good and other amenities were good. Would stay again!

GGuest UserNeeded to request housekeeping was told that half not everyday. We requested garbage removal and clean towels on day 3. Room was freezing cold when we checked in. The heat was turned totally off. Due to the age of the building it took until the next morning for room to be at comfortable room temperature. I actually bought a blanket at Walmart my first night

DDAIMEIThis hotel is OK, the front desk and the service staff are warm and attentive, the breakfast is good, there is free parking space, the room is spacious and bright, the main advantage is that there is a laundry room, which I like very much, two pieces of laundry two pieces Money drying, very convenient, I like it here! Unfortunately, I didn't take the photo because it was already late.

GGuest UserCheck in service is located in the Ramada Hotel,staff were kind and made the process easy! The motel is dated. Don't let the pictures deter you . It is clean and has everything you need for a nights stay. Only thing you may want to bring with you is pillows . The beds are comfortable and the price is fantastic. Will definitely be staying here again .
