"Hotel is well maintained and front desk staff are friendly. However, there’re no towels in our room, so we called the front desk and was told someone would bring them over, which they eventually did after more than 30 minutes. While waiting, my wife lost patience and went downstairs to pick up some towels by herself. I found it puzzling that a hotel would not put towers in a guest room and leave it to customers to take action.

It opens every Thursday and Saturday and there are many people. The location of the hotel is very convenient from the city center.
