"I have to say that this Vienna service is really super good, the room is also very clean, we brought a child to stay in a twin room, thinking about putting the bed together, after talking to the front desk, they are very strong execution, we told them to go to the store for half an hour, I have already helped me put it together when I arrived at the store, and I also changed the sheets and quilt cover for us. The service is really good. The little girl at the front desk is very polite, including the room sister who meets upstairs and will say hello to us. "The environment is quite nice, and the overall atmosphere is very grand, seemingly consisting of two buildings. The interior decor clearly indicates it's a long-established hotel. However, it suffers from many common problems of older hotels: outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. Here are a few points that are of concern to many: the air conditioner is noisy, the heating is ineffective, and surprisingly, only one of the bedside electrical outlets is a two-prong outlet (I don't know who needs so many three-prong outlets these days). There are also many commendable aspects, such as the beautiful bamboo grove surrounding the hotel and the clean swimming pool at the back, which clearly shows it's regularly maintained. However, the facilities are simply too outdated! Even my parents haven't stayed in such an old hotel in a long time. I hope they can improve upon this."

"I booked a homestay almost two weeks in advance. My husband and I spent a whole day choosing and finally decided on this one. At first, I was very satisfied: the service attitude was very good, and the girls in the store were very warm and generous; the environment was very beautiful, suitable for a few friends to sit in the yard and chat and rest at night; in addition, the breakfast was also very rich, and good night milk was provided. But there are two problems I have to complain about: 1. There is an open-air balcony in the pictures before booking, but there is actually no balcony; 2. Without prior notice, the second water change in the room pool will be charged 60 yuan separately. I can pay this money if I spend it, but you didn't tell me in advance, and you didn't tell me when I asked you to come over to change the water. It wasn't until check-out that you asked to charge an additional 60 yuan... Isn't it a bit inappropriate? Anyone can pay a few dozen dollars, but you have to tell me in advance. I didn't say much when I checked out and just paid and left. The more I thought about it, the angrier I got. The room environment didn't match the picture. There was no open-air balcony as promised. The free room upgrade service was not provided (of course, this is understandable since it was during the May Day holiday). There were value-added services but they were not informed in advance... This doesn't seem like a mistake that would happen in a 4.9-point homestay. I'm quite disappointed..."

"Overall, the hotel was great – a true all-in-one spot for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. It’s perfect for spending a few days unwinding. The facilities like the pool and gym were excellent. Everything you need is right here! Plus, the three meals a day offered by the hotel were quite tasty. On a different note, I needed to arrange dinner for my family and called twice in advance to book a restaurant. The front desk said the F&B department would contact me, but they never did, even after I checked out… a bit frustrating. When I checked in, the front desk told me our standard room was on the first floor. I acknowledged it, and then they repeated it, “first floor, okay?” I didn't quite understand why they emphasized it twice. It wasn’t until I got to the room that I realized the cafe’s outdoor terrace offers a direct view into the room. (The front desk could have just said that directly instead of being so vague; how would I know, being a first-time guest?) Three areas for improvement: 1. The non-slip mat in the shower was very dirty. 2. The coordination among the F&B staff needs to be better. 3. The front desk should be more direct. Repeating that the standard room was on the first floor in such a roundabout way completely confused me as a first-time visitor about what they were trying to convey!"

"The location is a bit out of the way, on the edge of Anning District, right next to a main road. It might get a bit noisy at night, but the soundproofing of the windows is quite good, and the air conditioning works very well. The bed is wide. The corresponding hot springs and swimming pool are definite pros; the pool is outdoors, and even in August, it can be a bit chilly at first. Secondly, the breakfast is very ordinary. You can tell the hotel had grand plans and designs initially, but perhaps they weren't fully realized later on. The room size is also very large, and while the decor and facilities feel a bit dated, the room itself feels relatively new. Objectively, it's worth the price, but it definitely doesn't feel like great value for money."

Hotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Staying at Hanting was such a pleasant surprise on our trip! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we experienced impeccable and attentive service. The front desk staff were warm and professional, completing our check-in swiftly and even thoughtfully upgrading our room type. Room Facilities: The room was spacious and bright. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom facilities were high-end and spotless, with attention to detail evident in touches like welcome fruit and turndown service. Location: The location was extremely convenient. It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet. Special Compliments: A big thank you to the front desk for their exceptional service, including helping us with printing. Their friendly smiles made this stay a truly warm and memorable experience.

Anning is truly a wonderful place! The climate is comfortable, the hotel environment is superb, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk service is warm and attentive, check-in is quick and efficient, and the surrounding area is convenient for getting around. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel!

The hotel room is very big, really big, especially the bathroom, regardless of the area decoration Parking lot is also easy to find Let me talk about the only drawback. The row downstairs is full of barbecue shops. This is not a problem with the hotel. The problem is that the oil smoke will go up. It is recommended that you add money to book a room with windows, otherwise the room is full of oily smoke. Plus the hotel should be newly renovated, there is the formaldehyde smell of the decoration board, no window is very difficult

To be honest, good is good, and bad is bad. Environment: Excellent, the view is fantastic. Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly. Cleanliness: Absolutely a mess. Aside from the tables and corners everywhere, the air conditioner was so dirty I didn't dare turn it on. When I did, it shed dust and was incredibly noisy, and freezing at night. Facilities: The initial design was clearly good, but lack of maintenance resulted in almost everything being in a dilapidated state. The windows had no handles and were very difficult to close properly. None of the shower heads worked properly; they sprayed randomly and were unusable. The door couldn't be locked from the inside (the latch and the latch weren't aligned), so I had to prop it open with a chair. The light strip was half-hanging, the wardrobe was broken horizontally, and in short, everything was damaged. Summary: Aside from the nice view, everything else was terrible. I couldn't sleep well, and the overall experience was extremely poor.

A near-perfect stay experience, highly recommended to all friends! I must seriously praise this hotel; it almost perfectly met all my expectations for a perfect stay. What impressed me most was the impeccable service. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member greeted me with a smile. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, truly embodying the spirit of ”answering every question”—whether it was asking about local travel guides or nearby transportation routes, they patiently and meticulously provided the most professional advice, even thoughtfully marking the locations on the map. This genuine feeling of being treated with sincerity made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. The room's comfort was equally commendable. The space was very spacious, the room was spotless, and the gleaming floors and clean bedding provided a great sense of security. Most importantly, although the hotel is located in the city center and taxis are readily available, thanks to the excellent soundproofing, the room was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by the traffic outside, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep. The convenience of living here is impeccable: • Food delivery freedom: A wide variety of food options are available, and delivery is fast, easily satisfying late-night cravings. • Dining options within easy reach: There's a small commercial area right next to the hotel, offering everything from authentic local snacks to specialty restaurants. This stay truly made me feel ”at home.” I've already added this gem of a hotel to my favorites without hesitation, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me. However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place.
