"We were so happy that the front desk ladies let us checked in early. They are all very friendly and helpful! As we stepped into the room, it’s bright and spacious, just feel like going back home. The beds are cleaned and comfy that we all slept well the past few nights. We loved looking out the window. It’s facing a wetland park. So you could see the tree lines, the beautiful sky and sunrise. The breakfast is good with decent size of options to choose from. This hotel is very closed to the north entrance of Changbaishan that you could practically walk there. All and all, we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Staying at Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring Hotel offers a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and relaxation! This was my first time in Changbaishan, and choosing a hot spring hotel was an incredibly smart decision 😁 The hotel is right by the North Gate (Old Gate), just a 3-minute walk away, which is super convenient. This gate is exclusively for hotel guests, so there are very few people. You need to book your tickets 7 days in advance via WeChat Mini Program. The hotel front desk will issue a paper voucher, and you can enter at your reserved time. The shuttle bus takes you directly to the transfer center. For the return journey, you'll go to the new North Gate, and the hotel provides a shuttle service there too. All in all, it's extremely convenient! The hotel lobby has direct access to the hot springs, and you can enter as many times as you like during your stay. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike is just incredibly comfortable 😜 The Garden Restaurant on the first floor offers a rich buffet breakfast. For dinner, they have hot pot sets that are great value for money. Coming back from hiking to a warm hot pot is simply delightful! The hotel's back garden has pets for viewing. The alpacas are plump, and the sika deer are very friendly and super cute! Our stay included two activity options: off-road vehicle and cable car sightseeing (at Heping Ski Resort) and adventure溪溯 (at Julong Volcanic Pumice Forest Cold Spring). Both were excellent! You need to book one day in advance, and the hotel provides a paper voucher and arranges transportation. The scenery was stunning, we had a fantastic time, and took many amazing photos 🤗 The hotel assigned us a dedicated butler who was responsible for our entire stay. They communicated with us in advance to arrange high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, and reminded us of various important details. This made our stay effortless and worry-free, and the overall experience was superb!"

"An absolutely wonderful stay! This is definitely the top choice for the Changbai Mountain North Slope. It's incredibly close to the entrance gate, so you can just walk in without needing to go to the transfer center. The hotel facilities are excellent, and all the staff are exceptionally warm and attentive. Seeing we had two babies, they kindly upgraded us to a family room for free, which the children absolutely loved. Our butler was available 24/7, always ready to answer any questions with patience and thoughtfulness. The hotel's hot springs are also fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor pools at different temperatures offering a great experience. Five stars all around! Highly recommend!"

"This hotel, which opened 26 years ago, has a very Japanese-style interior. It's owned by the same proprietor as the Doraku Hotel. There's a public hot spring bath, and I specifically asked the staff who said the hot spring water is transported here by vehicle. You can tell the owner's meticulous attention to detail from the in-room amenities and items in the public hot spring area – all top-tier brands. The complimentary amenity kit and toiletries exceeded my expectations. The hotel is designed to mimic a Japanese garden, similar to Kyoto, and there are no elevators inside. If your room is on the second or third floor, you'll need to climb stairs, but the front desk staff will help carry your luggage to your room. Upon checkout, they'll also assist with bringing your luggage down to the parking lot if needed. Overall, it's a hotel that offers a fantastic experience."

"The room was clean and spacious, with a huge tatami area. The location is excellent, with restaurants and supermarkets just a few hundred meters away, easily accessible on foot. It's only a few minutes by taxi to the Chi Bei Distribution Center, and also very close to Enduli and Qiushuiya Park. They also offer pick-up and drop-off services to the high-speed rail station. When we left, I scheduled a pick-up for 6:20 AM, and the boss was already waiting before 6 AM. We had a very comfortable stay. Erdaobaihe is a place worth taking your time to experience."

"Erdaobaihe Town is about 2 kilometers away from the bustling downtown area with many restaurants, making it convenient to get to Enduoli and Yunding Market. Food delivery is also easy to order, with robots delivering right to your door. Mermaid Pine Park is just across the street. The room facilities and decor are quite good, and the hygiene is excellent. The breakfast looks abundant, but in reality, the variety isn't particularly wide, though the taste is decent. A highlight of the hotel is its hot springs. Besides being free for guests, they also welcome external visitors, so there's a fair amount of foot traffic. The hot springs feature indoor pools on the first and second floors. On the third or fourth floor (I can't recall which), there are many saunas and various themed relaxation rooms, including stone, mugwort, and traditional Chinese medicine saunas with different temperatures. The fifth floor has an outdoor swimming pool area. The management is quite mature; the whole process of getting a hand tag, changing shoes, changing clothes, and returning the tag is very smooth and convenient. Visually, the hygiene also seems good. There are several attentive aunties in the changing rooms who actively guide you. There are small spin dryers in the changing rooms, which are handy. If you rinse your swimsuit and use the dryer, it will dry much faster. Overall, the experience was very good. If you choose to stay in Erdaobaihe, this place offers good facilities and hot springs to enjoy."

"Facilities: New Cleanliness: Smart Environment: Similar to Nianhua Bay, parking around the hotel, it should be better once fully built. Service: 3.5, a bit low because of a minor oversight in cleaning on the first day, and some staff seemed unfamiliar with the surroundings. Minibar: Generous Travel worry-free - Changbaishan High-speed Rail Station pick-up/drop-off service: Came by plane, haven't used it yet. First time writing a Ctrip review, doing a task for a good rating. The front desk and breakfast area staff deserve full marks for their patience with the elderly. Others should learn from them (even though it's part of their job). The small self-service restaurant was surprisingly exquisite, delicious, and flavorful. It would be great if they could offer afternoon tea in the future. It doesn't necessarily have to follow other hotels with lunch and dinner. The restaurant across from the hotel window had a Golden Osmanthus fish that was rich and flavorful, just to my liking. Keep up the good work climbing the North Slope! This is a great place for everyone to relax and unwind. Suggestion: Suites could include a coffee capsule machine to enhance the stay experience. If it rains, you can happily stay in the hotel and enjoy a series of activities ^_^ The arcade coin experience was great. Although I didn't win, it would be nice if they offered a small plush toy 🧸, but that's just a personal suggestion."

"The B&B has a really charming decor, and the room was clean and bright. You could see a small garden right outside the window, and the night view was especially good. It's not far from the market and food street, within walking distance. After a full day of sightseeing, it was nice and quiet to come back to, and there's even a PS5 to relax with. The housekeeper was efficient and responsive to requests. I had a very comfortable stay and would consider staying here again next time."

"I stayed for four nights, and the service was absolutely impeccable. This hotel is truly excellent, and not expensive during the off-season. It's located within a park, offering a wonderful environment, and they even have deer and alpacas! The breakfast was also very diverse. When I checked out, the butler even prepared fruits and nuts for me. They provided pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed rail station – the service was incredibly thorough, and they fulfilled every request. Highly recommended!"

Ms. Han Xiaojun, the customer service manager at the front desk, was incredibly warm and welcoming when she received us. When we encountered ticketing issues and asked her various questions about our trip, she was always enthusiastic and patient in her explanations, making us feel right at home, like we were receiving care from a close friend – it was very heartwarming. We also have a few suggestions regarding the hotel's facilities: the lighting in the double suite was a bit too dim, and the lack of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes was quite inconvenient.
