My hotel stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I checked in, the reception staff were incredibly lovely, friendly, and eager to assist. They made the entire check-in process smooth and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a small room to a much bigger one, which was truly amazing. When I got to the room, it was beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. To top it off, there was a basket filled with fruits, snacks, and drinks waiting for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The following morning, I was even given extra water, fruits, and snacks. I honestly wasn’t expecting any of this, and I truly appreciated the kindness and generosity. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this hotel to all my friends visiting the city. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience!

The room was clean and odor-free, with soft bedding and good soundproofing. Check-in at the front desk was quick and friendly. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

It's just a two-minute walk from the station, so I never have to rush for a taxi or worry about traffic when catching a train again. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was spotless and dry, and every corner of the bathroom was perfectly clean, with no strange odors. The in-room amenities were complete, the mattress was just the right level of comfort, and the overall environment was quiet and pleasant to stay in. It's my top choice for business travel accommodation, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing to catch a high-speed train.

The parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

Leaving the hotel with a heavy heart, this marks my third stay at Mr. Du Hotel. Each visit brings a new story. On my last stay, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about.

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

Opposite Linyi Railway Station, the traffic is very convenient. The hospital is next door. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is a buffet. There are many varieties. You can choose from it and it tastes good. In the evening, you can also go to Linyi Station Square to watch the square dance.

A very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

This time I stayed in this hotel in Linyi, the sanitation and service, the things in the room are really very, very good! Better than any hotel I have stayed in before! The arrangement of the things in this hotel room is very safe and comfortable. Especially the waiter service at this hotel is really very good!
