"Such a good hotel, why is the hygiene so poor! The hygiene is very poor. The room was not cleaned at all, there were cigarette butts on the floor! There were cigarette butts in the trash can too. A layer of dust on the TV. Such obvious hygiene issues were not even cleaned up, let alone bed sheets and quilt covers. Always looking for ways to complain! Hope the hygiene issues will be improved. Everything else is good"

"The river-view twin room I booked was more spacious than I expected, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the city streets, which looked especially soothing when the lights came on in the evening. The bedding was just the right amount of softness, and the fatigue from my business trip completely disappeared after a good night's sleep. What impressed me most were the details—disposable face towels and toilet seat covers were all provided free of charge, and the bathroom not only had a separate shower and toilet, but also provided a highly moisturizing toiletries set, which is especially gentle on sensitive skin. I chose this hotel when I came to Jixian for a visit, and the overall experience was particularly satisfactory. The room space is large and the front desk service is warm and professional, the check-in is fast, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the beds are soft, and the rest quality is very high. The external environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, and the courtyard is quiet and not noisy. There is a parking lot for free. We have also lived for several days and are very satisfied. The setting is new and fully equipped. There is a free fruit tea coffee machine in the lobby. It is very convenient to send items by robots. It is very close to this fun place. I accidentally polluted the sheets and didn’t make me compensate. It’s very user-friendly. The room facilities were barely acceptable, but the air conditioning was absolutely terrible. It was over 30 degrees Celsius outside, and the AC in the room wasn't cooling at all – no cold air. The first time I called the front desk, they told me to 'just ask the smart assistant,' which was ridiculous. The second time I called, they sent a fan. After driving over 800 kilometers during the day, I ended up not sleeping well the entire night. It was truly an awful experience. When I checked out the next day, I first told the front desk about the AC issue, but two staff members just ignored me. After breakfast, when I handed in my key card, I mentioned it again to a different front desk person, and again, I was ignored. Honestly, if they had just offered an explanation when I first brought up the AC, I wouldn't have written this negative review. It was beyond frustrating. To top it off, waiting for the elevator was a nightmare; it took ten minutes just to get downstairs, so I ended up carrying my luggage down from the 6th floor.

甘南環線臨時調整線路，到縣城時已經沒什麼可選的酒店了。沒想到這家名字看起來很國營的賓館給了驚喜。首先價格一級贊，對比這個價格，有點問題都不算啥。其次衞生做的蠻好，床單被罩是剛洗過的，衞生間沒有異味，公共區域打掃的也蠻乾淨。再説説缺點：最大的缺點是沒有空調且不能開窗，開窗的話手能伸進來開門。所以我睡覺時把窗關上了。還有淋浴噴頭有點堵了，水很小，沒有電梯，沒有送礦泉水，不過對比這個價格，這都不算啥。
