When I checked out, I said ”check out” at the front desk. A woman at the front desk said ”just leave it here”. Mando Hotel can strengthen its staff training so that it won't be like a high-end hotel, but just like a small guesthouse."

"Very dissatisfied, I can't find anyone to check in at 9 o'clock in the evening. It takes a long time to get to the front desk. It is dark. There is no reception. There is a super high ridge at the door. All luggage and the like have to be carried by yourself.
