"The hotel was well known and its strengths remained the location, comfort of beds, quality of towels and the bathroom in case it was in the room. I haven't enjoyed the meal in any of your options so I can't comment on it. As regards deficiencies, the structure of the rooms makes the conversations of neighbouring rooms heard and clearly perceived (a good tape solves it) The spa is obsolete and it would be good to update it. The hotel is very comfortable and would repeat it, but as I suggested earlier, a 4-star hotel is defined by detail attention."

"La verdad es que todo estuvo estupendo. Nos encantó tanto la parte del hotel como la del balneario; estuvimos muy cómodos y agusto. La habitación era preciosa, la cama muy cómoda y el baño estaba perfectamente equipado. Los alrededores del hotel son preciosos y el parking es amplio, disponible a cualquier hora. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. El balneario cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una hora de relax. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que, en toda las páginas web de reservas, aparece que el desayuno cuesta 8,50 € por persona, pero nos cobraron 12 € por persona. Sería recomendable que actualizaran esa información."

"Parking is convenient, and the accommodation is easy to find. The room I was initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, so I asked to change it and they changed it right away. There was only one staff member, so he seemed very busy. There was no electric kettle in the room, which was a little inconvenient, and the room was relatively clean. However, it was very cold and the heater was not warm at all. It was too cold to endure with just a blanket, so I slept with layers of clothes on. There is an elevator, so it is convenient, but the soundproofing is not very good."

"The mattress was deformed, causing you to roll to one side of the bed. The breakfast buffet was very limited and basic for the price they charge (€20). The advertised breakfast offer of €12.95 is only valid if pre-booked; simply being a guest and wanting breakfast that morning isn't enough. And a tea or coffee costs €2.50. All in all... never again."
