"The staff were very professional and friendly, however, I paid extra for an upgrade room , with larger bed.The bed was a basic double.The bathroom was extremely small , not acceptable really .There was no adequate mirror in the bedroom either .This spoilt our stay ."

"The hotel introduced by friends, there are many tourists in the city during the summer vacation, so choose this hotel that is close to the airport and convenient to the surrounding attractions. The reception desk was warm and detailed, the room was large, the shower was not very good, the breakfast was not much, and the hygiene was very clean. It is recommended to buy water and essentials in the supermarket that is approaching the hotel. The hotel's water is super expensive. Next to the hotel is the largest Mercedes-Benz store exhibition and sales in the UK, not bad!"

"This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, although it is the first time that we used Trip to make the booking. This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff and a good range of food and drink available. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and a good night sleep was had. If I had to make a negative point it would be that we were required to pay an additional fee for parking and that hasn’t been the case before. I didn’t notice anything about parking charges when I made the booking although it may have been there. As a hotel guest that I would expect overnight parking to be complementary however this will not impact whether or not we stay at the hotel again. Thank you to the friendly staff and compliments to the Cleaning staff for presenting us with a nice room."
