"We booked 2 rooms, quite clean and spacious, it's just that when we left, when we returned the doors were open (I did ask for both rooms to be cleaned) but the doors should have been closed again, the door of one room was locked, but when the card was inserted, it couldn't be opened, (red color) finally called the reception again, and it was updated, but when we entered the room, there was a puddle of water in the corner, I checked the next room, the same, was it leaking?? Because it had been raining heavily, the officer said it didn't leak, oh well. The next day we left again, but when we returned, both rooms couldn't be opened, updated again, the last receptionist was not very friendly, a bit grumpy (female) don't know her name"

"I arrived after the check-in time, but my room wasn't ready, so I had to wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes. Travelers' time is precious, and I felt like my time was wasted due to the hotel's lack of preparedness. I requested a room with a good view, but I was assigned a room on the second floor facing the main road. The hotel is new, so it's clean, but it seems there are quite a few shortcomings, perhaps because it hasn't been open for very long. There's a pool, but it's small, so it's best to think of it more as a decorative feature."
