"Less than a five-minute walk from the train station, which is super convenient. It's a bit of a distance from the main tourist areas, but still walkable. For the six-person dorm, the top bunk is quite high, so it's not suitable for those afraid of heights. It seems like the accommodation offers a lot of activities. The hairdryer is conveniently located in the bathroom."

"A very nice hotel with antique furniture. Centrally located near the harbor, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was very good. This hotel is highly recommended."

"It was handy for an early flight. We could walk to terminal in two minutes. Aircon was good in the June heatwave. But check in was perfunctory. No info given re bar or area. Hotel was quite shabby. Dirty windows, unhoovered carpets , marked walls. Duvets were lumpy. Shower and towels ok, mattress ok. Glad it was just for one night"

"Stayed at the hotel for two nights and it was super convenient! The place just few steps away from the train station which makes it easier when you travel with a bigger luggage. ＞ walkable distance to nice restaurants and shops ＞ few steps away from train station ＞ tasty breakfast, buffet ＞ friendly staff ＞ free luggage storage after and before check in I totally recommend!"

"The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the station. The room itself was surprisingly good. I arrived early and they kindly allowed for an early check-in. The front desk staff were all wonderful! The bathroom was also quite spacious, and the amenities were comprehensive. Plus, there's a super cute elevator!"

"The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros."

"The old-fashioned elevator was interesting! The triple room was quite large, but the layout was a bit odd; there was a big walk-in closet that wasn't very useful, so the actual usable space wasn't huge. The free minibar was great, and there was plenty of water! The service was also excellent. It's quite hard to get a taxi in Genoa, but the front desk staff were very patient and friendly, helping to call taxis or give directions for public transport. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"We had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed the hotel. A great bonus was being able to use the amenities of the neighboring 5-star hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the Genova train station. The only minor issue was the beautiful antique elevator, which was not always reliable because the doors had to be closed manually, and some guests did not do this properly, which occasionally meant the elevator would not work and we had to take the stairs instead. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again."

"The hotel is located in the center of Genoa near Piazza Ferraria, surrounded by supermarkets and different restaurants. The hotel room is neat and clean, with all toiletries available. There are many choices for breakfast, which only costs 8 euros. Genoa is a sister city of the Belt and Road. There are a large number of containers from China at the port, and the goods transported are distributed to all parts of Europe. Just like the agricultural products of Italy in the Middle Ages, wine was exported to all parts of the world from the port of Genoa."
