"Excellent location. Excellent service, especially the staff offers help when my daughter feels sick during the trip. The room is not big, but well-equipped and clean. It provides light breakfast with hot coffee/tea and packs of self-baked bread, which you may eat inside the room or in the hall.

"The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The decor felt quite new. They even had Braille identification at the elevator, which was a nice touch. The hotel is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's really close to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum, just a few minutes' walk. The area felt safe and quiet. My only minor gripe was that there was a front desk staff member on the first day, but I didn't see them on the subsequent two days. It seems like many hotels in Japan are moving towards self check-in now, which I'm still getting used to as I don't visit often."

"The hotel is located a bit further from the city center than what I imagined.
Overall the stay was great, the room is spacious, a bit old… The breakfast was very busy (had to wait 5 min before going in), the breakfast buffet has therefore a large variety of choices. No hot chocolate though…

"Everything about this hotel is excellent. The room is slightly dated but very well kept, nice view overlooking the city. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Their pyjamas are some of the best I’ve ever worn. They have a guest-exclusive lounge on top floor which offers refreshments throughout the day (with a really nice view)."

"The hotel was in a prime location, close to the Peace museum and the shopping street. Checking in and out was super easy with the machine and the public bath within the hotel was decent. They provide pyjamas for your stay which was lovely. Happy hour was a bonus as we got one drink with our stay which was perfect timing when we arrived. The receptionists were super friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely hotel that surprised me despite reading reviews that the rooms were small, we felt that the twin room was good for an overnight stay."

"This was my second stay at The Next Hotel. They have two locations in Hiroshima, and I've stayed at both. I definitely prefer this one over the one closer to the city center. The service here is excellent, and the staff are really friendly. They even provide a BALMUDA pour-over kettle, which shows they really put thought into their amenities. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast because I overslept. Overall, it's a really great hotel."

"Nice hotel, in a very good central area. We stayed for 2 nights during first days of April. There was not any noise problems during night. My only negative is that the room looks bigger in the photos than reality and no optionof opening the window.. But still enough space for 2 people 2 single beds. If you can also send your luggages to next hotel even better."

"Conveniently located directly above the south side of Hiroshima Station, with a small elevator leading straight to the 7th-floor lobby (near the Hiroshima Electric Railway entrance; the Maple Loop bus is on the north side). There's a wide variety of dining options in the mall downstairs. The hotel feels quite new, the rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff speak good English. The self-service luggage storage is easy to use. Overall, the Granvia quality is excellent."

Shower room was clean. There is some small minor such additional fee for towel, toothbrush, a bit cold, and no storage luggage at room. But thats acceptable.
Building only 300meter from Hiroshima station. I couldn’t say more since I am satisfy enough while stay here. Recommended for solo traveling with affordable price.
Price may vary for booked this room, I was lucky got less then $25, planning to stay here again this January, but couldn’t get same price like I was paid last time.🥲

EEuonchThere was a crowd during check-in, but the hotel staff efficiently handed out queue numbers, allowing guests to wait comfortably on the sofas. The room I got was perfectly quiet, which was great! Since it's a business hotel with a high turnover, if you need to sleep in a bit later during the day, you can call the front desk beforehand to arrange a suitable room cleaning time. This way, you can get a better rest in the morning. Check-out is a bit early at 10 AM, but you can pay to extend it for ¥1,000 per hour. The hotel also has laundry machines and a public bath on the top floor, making it excellent value for money. The staff provided great service too. Highly recommended!

KKhabibov IlnurGreat room. It was clean and cozy. The staff were polite and friendly. Free coffee from a machine is available at the front desk. A 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door. The room doesn't have wardrobes or much space for large suitcases, but it's perfectly fine for travelers with smaller luggage. The hotel offers two washing machines and two dryers; however, expect queues in the evenings, so doing laundry in the morning or afternoon is recommended. Overall, I have wonderful memories of my stay.

ММаргарита КириякWe stayed at this wonderful hotel for two days. We arrived an hour early, but were told check-in was after 2:00 PM. We left our bags and went exploring the neighborhood! The location is great, with a huge supermarket nearby where you can buy anything.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with any questions.
The room was large, clean, and spacious, with standard welcome amenities provided. On the ground floor, opposite the reception, there are additional sets available with absolutely everything you could wish for (cotton swabs, nail file, sponges, razor, body cream, shower cap, comb, extra toothbrushes, shoe polishing mitt, hair mask, bath salts, etc.).
We booked a room with breakfast. There was a wide variety, but it was all geared towards Asian cuisine, so it was quite challenging for us to find suitable dishes. However, these are minor details; you definitely won't go hungry.
On the 3rd floor, there's a smoking area, and right there you'll also find a vending machine with drinks, a water cooler, ice, and a microwave, which is very convenient.
Special shout-out for the Welcome drink! This is the best feature I've ever encountered in hotels! From 2 PM to 11 PM, there are unlimited hot and cold beverages in the dining area (various juice flavors, Pepsi, soda, tea, coffee, matcha, and especially delicious cocoa).
Overall, we were incredibly happy with our choice of such a wonderful hotel! I highly recommend it to everyone! The best hotel!

DDr.p3pp3rThe location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to Peace Memorial Park, directly behind the museum, in a quiet and pleasant area. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the tram stop and around 5 minutes to the main shopping street. If you get this hotel at a good price and only plan a short stay focused on the Peace Park, the location is definitely a plus.
The room itself, however, was extremely small. Seating was uncomfortable — only a small stool with no back, and in my case the screws were sticking out, making it unsafe and unpleasant to use. You are basically either on the bed or out of the room.
The biggest issue was severe condensation and dampness. The room had extreme moisture problems — water running down the walls and windows, and the bed and floor becoming damp overnight. I woke up with wet feet and later realised why. This is not normal condensation; it was excessive and clearly an ongoing issue. I raised this with the front desk when checking out, but it was brushed off. After contacting Trip.com with photos and videos, the hotel refused responsibility once I had checked out. Trip.com eventually offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability.
Because of this, I would not stay here again. I am not overly picky with hotels, but a damp room that can make guests sick is unacceptable.
Also, I do not recommend the breakfast. You receive a very small bento box with unclear contents and a bottled tea. For the price, you are far better off going to a nearby convenience store like Lawson.
Overall: great location, but poor room conditions and lack of responsibility from the hotel. There are better options in this area.

아아산치타I booked this accommodation on a whim, wanting to get away and clear my head. While it's about a 20-minute walk from Hiroshima's downtown area, I used shared bicycles to get around, and with a tram stop conveniently located nearby, transportation wasn't a major issue. Riding a bike along the river was incredibly refreshing and enjoyable. Thanks to booking in advance, I managed to get a great deal on my stay. Although I didn't get a chance to use them, breakfast vouchers were also included. Overall, I think it's a solid choice for solo travelers looking for a relaxed and peaceful getaway.
