Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe hotel was conveniently located right next to Hiroshima station, which is good for planning day trips. There is also a 7-11 and Lawson store right at the ground floor. The rooms were comfortably large for two people and the beds were comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended. A room for improvement would be to consider providing bigger/more pillows for the beds - one small pillow may not beto everyone’s liking. Also, I felt the reception staff were a bit stingy when they declined my request for more bottled water after finishing the ones in the room…
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a three-minute walk from the Shinkansen. The staff are very friendly and there's a hot spring bath. The rooms are large and clean, with standard amenities like toiletries and pajamas. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a self-service laundry room. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs, and you can directly access the JR and Shinkansen stations from the second floor. Shopping and getting around are super easy. The hotel service is excellent. They have a happy hour every night from 5-7 PM with half-price drinks, and you can even order sushi and tempura at reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
GGuest UserWe didn’t expect much when we booked the hotel as it was a 3 star hotel but we were really surprised! It was way better than expected and the service was exceptional. We’ve noticed here in Japan a 3 star hotel is more like a 4/5* anywhere else in the world. They really do think if everything… amenities, coffee/tea. Location very convenient and close to Hiroshima station. Loved the hotel
GGuest UserEverything you’d expect from a very modern Hilton. Clean, very international feel, large. Good amenities. The room was excellent with an American meets Japanese feel. Location is really convenient. Knocked them down as there was a bit of a hard sell of an upgrade at check-in but checkout and the car park/ taxi concierge were excellent. We didn’t go to breakfast but there was a huge amount of people heading that way.
MM2f4dsq1e****The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The decor felt quite new. They even had Braille identification at the elevator, which was a nice touch. The hotel is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's really close to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum, just a few minutes' walk. The area felt safe and quiet. My only minor gripe was that there was a front desk staff member on the first day, but I didn't see them on the subsequent two days. It seems like many hotels in Japan are moving towards self check-in now, which I'm still getting used to as I don't visit often.
YYidaduitudouThis hotel is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, right across from the T-Site bookstore. The lobby is on the second floor, and there's a convenience store right on the ground floor. Check-in is self-service, and you can store your luggage for free. They even provide face masks with the toiletries, which is a nice touch! Breakfast is a generous spread, though you might need to queue a bit around 7:00 AM. There were a lot of European and American tourists visiting Hiroshima. Overall, a really great hotel.
CCameo19Modern and clean hotel, located close to the electric train (trams) Reception is located on the top floor (14) lots of nice accessories available plus lovely snacks and coffee/tea through out the day, highly appreciated. Room was lovely, clean, has small window, but not an issue. Breakfast was standard, and staff were polite. Shops and restaurants on road, easy to walk to memorial park, about 15 minutes, 3 stops from main train station, easy to navigate to Miyajimaguchi island. Wonderful two days.
DDr.p3pp3rThe location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to Peace Memorial Park, directly behind the museum, in a quiet and pleasant area. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the tram stop and around 5 minutes to the main shopping street. If you get this hotel at a good price and only plan a short stay focused on the Peace Park, the location is definitely a plus.
The room itself, however, was extremely small. Seating was uncomfortable — only a small stool with no back, and in my case the screws were sticking out, making it unsafe and unpleasant to use. You are basically either on the bed or out of the room.
The biggest issue was severe condensation and dampness. The room had extreme moisture problems — water running down the walls and windows, and the bed and floor becoming damp overnight. I woke up with wet feet and later realised why. This is not normal condensation; it was excessive and clearly an ongoing issue. I raised this with the front desk when checking out, but it was brushed off. After contacting Trip.com with photos and videos, the hotel refused responsibility once I had checked out. Trip.com eventually offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability.
Because of this, I would not stay here again. I am not overly picky with hotels, but a damp room that can make guests sick is unacceptable.
Also, I do not recommend the breakfast. You receive a very small bento box with unclear contents and a bottled tea. For the price, you are far better off going to a nearby convenience store like Lawson.
Overall: great location, but poor room conditions and lack of responsibility from the hotel. There are better options in this area.
아아산치타I booked this accommodation on a whim, wanting to get away and clear my head. While it's about a 20-minute walk from Hiroshima's downtown area, I used shared bicycles to get around, and with a tram stop conveniently located nearby, transportation wasn't a major issue. Riding a bike along the river was incredibly refreshing and enjoyable. Thanks to booking in advance, I managed to get a great deal on my stay. Although I didn't get a chance to use them, breakfast vouchers were also included. Overall, I think it's a solid choice for solo travelers looking for a relaxed and peaceful getaway.
